This second-floor studio is a great affordable option for a beach vacation for four people. From the front porch, you can see billowing clouds and swaying palms to put in you a vacation mood.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster (**does NOT have a dishwasher or stove/oven**). Outside the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs. Enjoy a meal or play cards or a board game in the natural light from the large window.
The loveseat has a fun palm tree print, settled below a lighthouse tapestry. The ceiling fan and ceramic tile floor keep you cool no matter the weather. Two full-sized beds accommodate up to four people and face the wall-mounted flat-screen TV next to the loveseat. Above each bed is a beautiful watercolor of seaside vistas. The full bathroom has a separate tub/shower and stool, so everyone can get ready at once. The shower curtain has seashells in pastel colors.
Amenities included: TV, Wi-Fi, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools.

Overall the place was okay but the A/C was not working for the first few hours and the room got really hot. We opened the windows to get some air in and there was someone smoking right outside our windows so the cigarette smell went in the room. Once the A/C started working again the stay was fine.

Nice efficiency and location, yet some recommendations

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The a/c was not working properly during the first night of our visit due to an ancient thermostat. The t-stat was replaced. The bartender sink is too small to wash anything except silverware or a coffee cup. We would suggest adding a hot plate next to the microwave. We would recommend that future guests bring their own disposable plates and utensils.
