Beach walk, charm, character and comfort on the Breton coast at the tip of Pordic.

In the immediate vicinity of the beaches (Petit Havre beach 300 metres away and Tournemine beach 2 km away) and the customs officers' path (100 metres), an authentic and modern house awaits you for your holidays for up to 12 people. The Pointe de Pordic is located in a privileged natural environment (Goëlo cliffs, hiking and mountain biking trails, fishing, kayaking and sailing) and only three kilometres from the village which has all the amenities (bakery, butcher, press, media library, supermarket).

The house offers a surface area of 160 m2 spread over three levels and an extension:
On the ground floor, a large area includes a living room, a dining room, a veranda, a kitchen and a scullery with toilet. This space will ideally accommodate your family or friends around a large farmhouse table and in comfortable armchairs and sofa for days of relaxation.
On the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet and three bedrooms have recent, quality and modular bedding (4 beds of 90 x 200 that can form 2 beds of 180 x 200 and a double bed of 180 x 200).
On the second floor, you will find a small bedroom, a bathroom and an attic converted into a dormitory where the youngest can find games and books to entertain themselves. At night, 6 beds (90 x 200) will welcome them for quiet nights in a residential area.
A small house offers additional space with a shower for returning from the beach and an attic equipped with a TV corner and an extra bed. It also has a table football.

With a view of the sea from the upper floors, the house is equipped for small children (barriers on the floors, changing table, baby chair) and has all the necessary appliances.

Outside, 300 m2 of land allow you to enjoy a green environment where the cries of seagulls resonate in the sea air.
A south-facing courtyard with a local stone extension closes one side of this captain's house. You can sit in the small garden furniture to have an aperitif or coffee.
A fenced garden is on the other side. A large picnic table and barbecue are at your disposal.

The immediate surroundings offer you many activities:
Maritimes: Plérin water sports centre 2 km away or the beaches nearby. Shuttles from Binic to the island of Bréhat.
Natural: with hiking trails, fishing on foot, green countryside.
Sports: horse riding, golf, Binic swimming pool, flying club... The house lends itself to welcoming groups coming for the many competitions organised in the bay of Saint Brieuc.

If you want to go away for a few hours or a day, the possibilities are varied:
The towns of the north coast of Brittany: Saint Brieuc 10 minutes away, Paimpol 30 minutes away and the pink granite coast or Saint Malo is 1h00 away and a little further on Mont Saint Michel.
Charming seaside resorts: Binic and its many festivals 5 minutes away, Saint Quay Portrieux and its casino 15 minutes away, Perros Guirrec... On the other side of the bay are Erquy and Pléneuf Val André.
A countryside rich in natural sites and many charming places in the hinterland such as Guingamp and the Argoat country.
