Our host, Paul, was wonderful. He was very attentive to us and was quick to respond to messages. Our group had a great time staying in this home. It is a lovely space in a lovely area, and we would stay here again.

Our host Paul, was amazing. The house was decorated so nicely for Christmas. There was tons of space for all of us to each have our own area of the house but then come together in the giant kitchen for lots of fun and food. Kids enjoyed the arcade games, hot tub and a few adults found relaxation in the sauna. It was nice being close to the vineyards and breweries, as well as Harper’s ferry. We did two great walks along the dirt road. Highly recommend for a big family event.

Fantastic property. Great location. Met the needs of our large extended family. Game room was wonderful for the kids. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Only negative is that the floors and rugs were not very clean and there are obvious cobwebs around the house.

Great place for larger groups

My group of friends that get together every year to play golf found this house to be the perfect place to gather and relax. With 11 of us we had plenty of room, both in common areas and bedrooms. Paul is a great host and very responsive

Snowy Weekend

Our stay was amazing. Paul was very flexible and helpful with dealing with the snow we got. He was very accommodating and the house was extremely comfortable and well-stocked for everything we needed when it snowed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Quiet spot in the wokds

The house was very comfortable and inviting. The location was wonderful (very close to trails and parks) and the host was great. We had a family get together over thanksgiving and the kitchen was completely up to the task of dinner for a large crowd. Highly recommended.

Great Space for Large Families

We brought our large family of 5 adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren together for a family vacation. The property was perfect with enough bedrooms and living spaces for us to comfortably spread out. Kids of all ages enjoyed the video games! The kitchen was well equipped for all of the meals we prepared. Paul was easy to communicate with and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Horrible Experience

Place was Filthy, nothing like what’s shown in the pictures. So many spider webs at entry and everywhere inside the house. Ants were roaming on the kitchen counter and went into our food. Kids got stung by bees inside the house. When tried talking to Paul, he just keeps asking about more money to fix things. Paid cleaning fee and guest charges( not sure what this is) and he still wants extra money. Very unsupportive and not considerate at all. Sofa, carpet, beds, outside furniture all in bad shape. Carpet in living room is visibly dirty( black spots). Seemed like he’s not been to property in ages and uses old pics to lure people to stay. Won’t recommend this place at all unless he hires a property management company to actually fix the house. When I messaged him about problems he doesn’t wanna listen and only want to charge me for things. My friend have stayed at his another property in Purcellville and had the same experience. I wish I had talked to my friend before. He’s not super host but super horrible host.

The place was awesome.

One of The Best Rentals I’ve Ever Stayed at

Wonderful trip

The owner was a wonderful communicator throughout a lengthy planning process & he was always so gracious and understanding and patient about how hard it is to plan a big family trip. The house and property were beautiful & it was the most well stocked vacation home I’ve ever seen. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen and the home (minus a can opener unless I just missed it). Anyways, I can’t say enough good things about this trip and this host. Great place for a family reunion!

This house was amazing and the perfect size for a quiet weekend with family. There is everything you need from a hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of games! The kitchen was also fully stocked and had everything we needed. The family was really impressed with the place!

Good property, needs some TLC

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a bit of a family reunion for family who hasn't seen each other for over 18 months. The house is very spacious and fairly clean. Although there are more bugs inside than we cared for. I realized this is inevitable for a house in the location that it was. The barn with the game And pool table Looks great in the pictures but it needs some cleaning up in there there. We didn't end up spending any time in there mostly because it was so hot and needed clean up.There's plenty of outdoor furniture to eat outside or relax outside.However again it's a bit dated and could use some TLC. The location itself is pretty good as is close to many wineries. Harper's ferry is also nearby which we went to one afternoon. Finally even though it was so hot the AC worked very well inside the house and was a nice reprieve from the heat outside.

Relaxing and awesome experience!

Beautiful property and cabin with everything you could ever want. Paul was great at communicating with us throughout our stay. Property was clean and all ready for us when we arrived. Sauna and hot tub rounded out the relaxation and the bonfire was perfect!

I have been in business for over 30 years (American Decorating Center in Sterling Va) has allowed me to help finish space to enjoy by many. Our company motto is the American dream comes true at American Decorating Center. Being in the remodeling and decorating business has allowed me to keep up with the latest styles and designs to make my home refreshing. In my college days I worked in hotel management which has given me incite as to what I would expect at a hotel. We have stayed at several timeshares and when you stay you can enjoy the house with all the conveniences of a timeshare. As a owner when traveling now I want my own space that I can enjoy with some common area to enjoy if I have family. Having 3 sisters and a brother with lots of children I know how important it is to have space for children from 1-99. As we have a large family and as many as 40 people have stayed over enjoying the home. With a large house it gives us the ability to have many common living spaces for area for children or adult areas that everyone can appreciate. I am a News junkie and history buff but also enjoy fun movies like Forest Gump Jurassic Park and Star Wars. Tammy and I want you to know we work at every level to make sure you have an amazing time.
