Magnificent 90 m² attic located on the second floor of a (2020) very quiet residence in the heart of nature.
The view is clear for 180 degrees, with views of the sea, mountains, a vineyard slope and the Casares golf course directly accessible on foot. The main orientation is to the south, but the sun illuminates the immense terrace from early morning until sunset. The apartment is very bright and equipped with air conditioning (reversible in heating mode for winter) in all rooms.
The terrace is approximately 140 m² and consists of a lounge area for 6 people, a table for 6 to 8 people with a large umbrella, as well as 2 comfortable sun loungers. All of this decorated with tropical plants.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a super-equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, toaster, ...), a cosy living room with smart TV and soundbar and a dining corner for 6 people.
It also has 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), walk-in wardrobe and bathroom (with washbasin, toilet, shower and bidet), as well as a second bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 wardrobe and 1 second bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with blinds for the night.
The apartment is secured by an alarm and smoke detectors.
Phase 3 has 2 swimming pools at its disposal, as well as a padel court (rackets and balls available). The Casares golf course is 1 minute on foot and the prestigious Finca Cortesin golf course is 500 metres away.
A pizzeria and a restaurant are also located 150 metres away.
Numerous walks can be taken from the residence.
Numerous parking spaces available.
