This condo was built in 1974 and has distinct California-Modernist architecture. It has been well-maintained throughout the years and many major weather events. Royal Plum Club remains a tropical haven right in the middle of the Florida Keys Island chain. Royal Plum Club has its own small, sandy beach, chickee (tiki) hut and large heated pool.
