2 km from Exit 5 of the A62 (Bordeaux–Toulouse), “Le Chalet,” one of three fully equipped, extra-comfortable cottages at the Moulin de Tarres in Bas Ste Marthe (47430), 10 minutes from Marmande.
Separate bedroom with a double bed, living room, air conditioning, and heating.
Fully self-contained, 5-hectare protected estate featuring a river and a fish-filled pond that run through the property alongside its animals. Meals available. Large heated pool.

Accommodation:
The pool is covered in winter and heated year-round. The water temperature ranges from 26 to 30 degrees depending on the outside temperature

In the 5-hectare grounds, facing the pond and its grey herons, you’ll find a living room with a sofa, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, TV with TNT and SAT channels, a fully equipped kitchenette, and one separate bedroom with a king-size bed, featuring a separate shower room and bathroom.
