Gîte located 18 km from Bazas and the Vezelay route Located in the heart of the South Gironde countryside, nestled in a verdant setting within a Natura 2000 protected area and an LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) refuge, the Sansoutic gîte welcomes you for your stay in this peaceful and unspoiled environment. Heritage enthusiasts will find wonderful discoveries in Bazas (12 km away) as well as at the castles of Roquetaillade, Cazeneuve, and Villandraut. Outdoor sports enthusiasts can choose from hiking, treetop adventure courses, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and cycling. You'll also meet the house cat. Enjoy evenings grilling under the stars and the Milky Way. For relaxation, ping-pong, Molkky, foosball, and nearly 150 board games are available, along with a gym located next to the gîte; what challenges will you take on? Housed in a 200-year-old farmhouse, the Sansoutic gîte, fully renovated in 2021, is attached to our main house with a separate entrance. The ground floor comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and foosball table. Upstairs on the mezzanine level, a TV lounge awaits you for relaxing moments, complete with a library of over 150 comics and manga for all ages. The upper floor also includes two attic bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) (one of them has an additional sofa bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. For a truly relaxing stay, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, and central pellet heating are included in the price. Mosquito traps have been installed. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. For your baby, you will find: a wooden crib with bars, bumpers, and mattress; a small coffee table with an armchair; a bottle warmer; a baby bathtub; and a changing mat. An electric vehicle charging station is available (for a fee). This accommodation is reserved for tourist rentals.
