Palm Tree Heaven!

This luxurious resort-style condo is on the Boynton Beach harbor on the Intracoastal. You can rent boats, jet skis and bikes, or go on fishing tours right out of your front door for a day out on the ocean. Alternatively, you may prefer to spend the day by the spa-like pool. Also, the beach and upscale Ocean Ridge are half a mile away.

We have many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and specialty shops all within a 2-mile radius. The area is good for adults and kids and there are many options for the entire family.

During the winter season the minimum stay is 120 days. We also rent yearly.

Winter 2022 at Palm Beach Heaven

My wife and I had the greatest winter ever staying at Liza and Mario's wonderful home at Marina Village! From Liza meeting us at check-in through the last day of our trip they could not have been better hosts. The location of the condo was perfect -- a short walk to great restaurants and cafes; the most amazing resort pool heated to the perfect temperature; great walks to the Beach and along Old Ocean Blvd. in Ocean Ridge (even including a shipwreck); and a beautifully-decorated 2-master bedroom condo that was great when our adult sons visited but also functioned perfectly since we also were working from home! It was a short drive to West Palm and Palm Beach -- we almost always drove along A1A -- and also for great walks at Morikami Gardens or Loxahatchee Nature Preserve. The condo was better stocked than any of the dozens of places we've rented on VRBO and Liza was responsive the few times we had a question. The building itself was very well run and beautifully maintained and the people were friendly. It was the perfect rental and we hope we have the opportunity to stay here again! Thanks Mario and Liza!

A Little about Liza and Mario

Liza is originally from Texas and moved to NY in 1999 so she has an east coast mentality but southern charm.
Mario is originally from Rome and moved to Canada.
So there are quite a lot of stories of culture between the two of them.

They met on a dating app on March 27th, 2018, and got married in Rome in May 2019.
Mario is a lawyer and makes sure all the contracts and leases are handled in a professional manner, Liza is the creative director and makes sure the place looks and feels good.

We really loved the area Boynton Beach because it has everything to offer of any major city without the hustle and bustle of traffic and over-populated crowds.
We feel Boynton Beach is on the up and up and will be the next big destination spot in Florida as it relates to a top city to live in in the US.

Located on the marina with many options of water sports and activities right outside your door.
This resort like complex has most everything you need within walking distance. You will enjoy the comfort of the shops and coffee shops right out side your door.
