Enjoy all of Delray without the high prices. This home is nice and clean with a new Deck for grilling and chilling. Located in a quiet safe suburban neighborhood. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths baths with dining area, two desks for working and and full kitchen with are basic amenities. Tastefully decorated and furnished with new area carpets and fenced back yard and garage. Great for short stays, corporate housing or Traveling nurses.

This home is a super bargain for those that need a longer term stay without the high Delray Beach Prices.

Owner lives nearby and can take care of any unforeseen problems.
Great location for getting on either I95 or the Turnpike.

I have another smaller property in Delray Beach with great reviews that is higher priced due to location.

Quite Neighborhood, Central Location. Great for kids. Why pay high prices in other neighborhoods if you are hear to work or spend time out of the home.
