Relaxing Lakeside Condo

Newly renovated, open floor plan unit with vaulted ceilings and plenty of character! The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful views of the lake and access to the private deck. This bedroom features a walk in closet, dressing area/full bath. The second bedroom features a full size bed which sleeps 2 and a trundle with a twin mattress. Both bedrooms have smart TV’s (cable is available in the family room). A queen size air mattress is also available.

The open floor plan in main living space has comfortable family room seating, dining space and a large breakfast bar (seats 4). The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. After a fun filled day at the lake or relax on the private deck where there is additional seating for 4 and a gas grill!

Unit has one reserved parking space with additional open parking.

Great location by land or water with beautiful views! Located at the 17MM, less than 5 minutes from HyVee, Starbucks and Target. You will find yourself in the heart of Osage Beach, close to the Outlet mall, golfing, go-karts, mini golf and restaurants! This lakeside condo on the top floor has a private deck, 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Enjoy 3 pools (2 heated), tennis court, fish cleaning station and the lake!

Our family has vacationed at the lake for over 20 years, we love spending time with our two girls out on the lake, at the pool, shopping or playing games in the condo! When we purchased the condo in 2019 our goal was to make our guests feel welcome and at home with everything that they need, your feedback is important to us, let us know what we are doing well or how we can improve our guests experience.

Why they chose this property

Tim's parents have owned a condo at Indian Pointe for many years, as our families have grown we decided it was time to purchase our own condo so we could all continue to vacation together at the lake. We fell in love with this property for its proximity to the water and the beautiful view. In addition, it is less than 5 minutes to HyVee, Target and Starbucks!!

What makes this property unique

Our perfect day at the lake starts with coffee on the deck, watching the early birds taking their boats out for a ride and looking over the railing to see the turtles swimming right below our condo (the kids love it). The evenings are perfect for grilling, relaxing and watching the sunset. The docks are great for fishing with convenient cleaning stations and the pools are open until 10pm, the kids love night swimming!
