ENJOY A FRONT ROW SEAT TO (TAN-TAR-A) Margaritaville’s FIREWORK SHOW AND ALL THE EXCITEMENT OF THE LAKE! House is located on Main Channel Osage MM26. You can be at the grocery store in 10 minutes and at the Movies or Osage Beach Entertainment & Shopping District in 20 minutes. Many restaurants and beaches are nearby. Jet Ski or Boat Rental available in nearby Sunrise Beach. Due to main channel water, boats/jet skis can’t be tied off to dock. Public boat ramp only 10 miles away and paid ramp within 5 minutes.

Upper Level has 2 more spacious Bedrooms, one private, the other room is loft style with two queen beds. Upper Level also has a 1/2 bath, and more WONDERFUL VIEWS!

Lower Walk Out Level is an exceptional open space with many windows to provide GRAND VIEWS from any spot. Updated kitchen (includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, eating bar, granite countertops), Family Room with TV, Full Bath, Dinning Area, Large Sleeping Nook. Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer.

Lower Patio provides firepit, outdoor dining, gas barbecue grill, ample seating with EXCEPTIONAL VIEWS of the shoreline, dock, bluffs, walkway to dock or pergola. The pergola provides an additional dinning area and rocking bench.

Gentle sloped lot provides ten easy steps to the water, dock walkway, or waterside martini deck with pergola cover and another outdoor dinning area.

New Encapsulated Concrete Dock with Swimming Deck installed in 2018 provides the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, people watching, sunbathing, dinning, and much more! We added a wave breaker in 2021 to help protect the dock from busy peak weekend waves. Chairs and Island Float Mat are provided. We have a collection of games and movies if you need some downtime inside. Our subdivision resurfaced the tennis court in 2021 that is located right in the center. You will be able to play basketball, tennis, pickle ball, or hit the volleyball around.

Kitchen is fully stocked, including: A New Keurig, Coffee Pot(s), Blender, Snow Cone Machine, and everything you need to make a snack or cook up a big meal.

We had a great stay! House was beautiful and easily accommodated our party of 12. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed. Great number of bathrooms for us. Lots of outside space to sit and enjoy the water. Waters were too choppy for our young boys (5 and 3) even with life jackets, but they enjoyed fishing off the big dock. Short on some items (TP and towels) and unable to use lily pad the or many of the floats provided due to holes. None of these worsened our stay. We enjoyed it!!

This was a great stay with plenty to do for our little ones (ages 3-8). Very thankful to have some green space for them to run around, as well as on the water activities.

Property was large enough for our group to spread out in. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the lake view and enjoyed the dock for sitting and swimming.The only negative things I can say is that we did not have hand towels for the bathrooms and the chairs at the patio table were worn and ripped and could not be sat in. The screen door on one of the patio doors kept falling off but we didn't really use it much.Other than than, great place for a large group.

We are a family of six who enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming. We have been visiting Lake of the Ozarks for the past 25 years and we have searched for a Lake Home for the past few years. We love sharing our home and the love of the lake with others! When we saw this house, we knew it was the perfect fit to share with our children, family, and friends, and visitors.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home from a family who had enjoyed sharing this home with renters for years. This home is perfect for large families and for group gatherings. This home is set up to entertain! The unique style of the house, the location on the lake, and the AMAZING VIEWS from every room was an instant draw for us and made buying this home an easy decision. We felt like we were home from the minute we walked in. The house is located in a quiet, small, private community that is easy to get to. There are only seven homes in our community. Our home is located at the point, which gives us the best view of the Main Channel of water. The location on the lake is perfect. It is near everything you could every want from Lake of the Ozarks. The gentle slop of the lot and the 10 steps to the water made this property stand out to us. We hope families make many memories while visiting our home and return for years to come!

What makes this property unique

The home was professional redecorated by the previous owners. The unique shape of the home on the outside and the style on the inside sets it apart. The home is furnished so comfortably. Everything you need to enjoy a get away is at your finger tips. The three levels of the home provides privacy when needed. With our big family, sometimes you need that:) The fact that you can see the lake from every spot inside and outside the house makes us never want to leave. When you are in some rooms of the house, you feel like you are on a houseboat, the View is that good!
