Horrible place in the ghetto

This place is very poorly located in a low income apartment complex and is hideous. I was never able to check in because the manager gave me the incorrect code, but was still charged for a month’s stay. I will be filing a lawsuit on VRBO and the manager of this unit for breach of contract and misrepresentation of property.

Less than ideal, better than the Forge. But bring your cleaning supplies

Cons...Owner failed to provide access codes until after my arrival. WiFi didn't work the entire 3 days. First 2 days wrong password was provided. Upstairs occupants had young children that jumped and stomped around all hours. Constant contact high from the pot smoke outside your door. Shower was dirty with huge wads of hair clogging the drain that I had to remove before the shower would even drain. Found trash under the bed from previous occupants. One was a condom. Gross! Pros ... Has potential to be a cute place. Nice, simple decor and ceiling fans. It really needs a thorough cleaning and paint job. The refrigerator was clean which was a nice surprise.
