Our large family home is centrally located in Tampa Bay with easy access to major expressways ,tourist attractions, and airport. Downstairs there's a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and bedroom/game room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Outside there's a large fenced yard w/basketball court, backyard pickleball court, fire pit, covered patio seating, bbq grill, non-heated swimming pool and separate hot tub.
Please Note! We do not accept local bookings from Hillsborough County.

Incredible home with so many activities to do there. A great pool and wonderful kitchen. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone going to the Tampa area.

Perfect little getaway!

Very clean, they had great info on the property and things to do around the area, quick to reply when we had a dishwasher issue. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

My kids loved all of the backyard activities and were outside for hours! Communication was excellent. There is a swamp cooler in the game room but the rest of the house has central air, just as an FYI if you're not used to that.

Great Place

What a great place to stay! We went to visit my oldest daughter and my niece. This was the perfect place to keep the grandparents and the kids entertained the whole time. Walmart down the road was helpful. We enjoyed all of the games (indoor and outdoor), pool, hot tub as well as the cozy, family friendly home environment! Everything was well kept and stocked.

AWESOME PLACE!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need. We traveled with 5 teen boys and they absolutely loved the basketball court , game room, and pool. We will come back again.

Everything was great very comfortable house there was a lot of thing to do with kids.

I really appreciate Julie and Stan for letting us stay at this property. It was a short but really good time. If we will plan any vacation for next year we probably will rent the same property.

Very nice home in nice neighborhood!

This home was everything we wanted and more or our family vacation. The kids loved the pool and game room. Stan was so prompt in answering any questions I had during our stay. We will definitely look this home up when we come back!

Had an amazing weekend at this house! It was very accommodating and everyone enjoyed the stay as much as I did. The pool came in CLUTCH after long days in the heat. I highly recommend this place!

Short Family Getaway

The house was perfect for what we needed. Pool and hot tub was a plus. Plenty of space for us all and plenty of things to do while our stay. No issues and the hosts were excellent in communication and pleasant to work with. I would stay again the next time we visit our daughter in Tampa.

Great Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family. The house and yard had something for everyone. We didn’t have to leave the house to find things to do. The owners were easy to work with, house was clean, and neighborhood was nice.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 7. Easy commute to the airport and the Amalie Arena where we attended an event. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The neighborhood was nice - close to grocery store, dining options and an escape room which we did twice. Game room, patio and provided snacks were all an added bonus! The owners were super easy to work with!
