The house is beautiful and spacious. Sleeps 8-9. Pool is dated, but heated and there’s a pool table, new grill, and the house is very well equipped including a new air fryer. Ross, the host, is very responsive and accommodating. We had a lovely time in the private lakefront home. Convenient to everything you could possibly need.

The lake house near Westchase was an excellent property. There was plenty of space for a multigenerational stay with 6 adults. Check in was a breeze and communication with Ross was very timely. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. House was very nicely appointed. And lots of fun to be had between the pool, game tables and huge tv! There were just a few small and inexpensive things that needed repaired and would make the home truly perfect. The latch on screen door to the dock needs repaired, pool cues needed new tips (except one to share) and a few of the pans were really rusted and aged. Minor updates aside - don’t hesitate to book. This is truly a gem in the Tampa area. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing house, comfortable beds and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Screen door lock broke during our stay and the host came by to fix it. Loved the pool but unfortunately didn't get to use it due to the extreme cold weather. Highly recommend this VRBO if you are planning a trip to Tampa.

This was a great place for a multi-generational family gathering. The heated pool is a good size and there were lots of pool toys, noodles, etc. Bedroom/bath arrangements were perfect. Liked being on the lake for kayaking and peaceful setting. Used the fire pit and grill, pool table and foosball table. Conveniently located near Tampa and the beaches. I would stay here again.

My family and I recently enjoyed a truly wonderful and tranquil weekend at the Private Lakefront Retreat, affectionately dubbed the Lakehouse by us. As soon as we drove down the driveway, we were captivated by the stunning home and the breathtaking view of the lake. The property itself was remarkable, both inside and out, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. With a beautiful pool, a spacious dock, and the serene lake right at our doorstep, we felt like we were in paradise. Wonderful property for a get together and spending time with friends, was one of the few times the place was actually nicer than I expected based on the pictures. Great spot!

Family Weekend

We stayed at this Lake House mid April and the weather was fantastic for siting outside on the couches by the pool. The pool table outside was a HIT. They added these solar pool floats meant to head the pool naturally and they WORK. The inside was amazing, kitchen came with everything we needed to make a few meals at the house instead of eating out all weekend. Beds were very comfortable. We will be looking to stay there again!
