Keystone with EPIC Views

This 2 bed, 2 bath corner unit is conveniently located in River Run Village, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, gondola, and hiking trails. There are many personal touches and several amenities including a spacious private balcony with panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and overlooking the Keystone slopes.

The space
The private balcony and views from this unit truly are second to none. Expect to see wildlife daily, ranging from beavers, ducks, geese, and fox with visits from bear and moose not uncommon. Additionally, we have ample ski rack and storage shelves in the hallway to manage all your gear.

The Kitchenette is clean, updated, and includes more than your basic kitchen needs: dishware, pots/pans, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc. Appliances include stove, fridge and dishwasher. The cozy dining area comfortably seats four guests.

Relax in a spacious Living Room perfect for movie night or board games next to a warm fire. The leather sofa folds out into a sleeper for extra sleeping space and there is a full blowup mattress located in the dining room closet for even more sleeping options if needed. There is a 50" flat-screen TV above the gas fireplace with access to local TV programs and movie streaming services.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds and mounted flat-screen TVs. There are two bathrooms located across the hall from the bedrooms. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower. In the guest bathroom there is a jacuzzi tub/shower combo, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper included.

The laundry room is located on bottom floor with a full size washer and dryer and is free to guests. If you don’t have your own detergent, there is an option to purchase your own inside the laundry room cabinet.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit yourself. The only shared spaces in the building would be the lobby, lower back deck and laundry room.

PREPARING FOR HIGH ALTITUDE
Keystone's elevation is 10,804' and altitude sickness can happen when your body is unable to adapt to a low-pressure, low-oxygen environment (typically at about 8,000 feet above sea level). So plan ahead to reduce your risks. Research websites for tips to prepare for your vacation to the mountains.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Condo reservation comes with one (1) free unassigned parking space in the River Bank Lodge parking lot. If you are renting or driving your own vehicle, please know that only one (1) vehicle is free to park in the lot for this unit.

Upon check-in, SummitCove will provide one parking pass for your vehicle.
Overflow parking is available in Hunki Dori, Gold Bug, Mountain House A, B, D, E lots for self-pay.

Vehicles parked at River Bank Lodge without a parking pass may be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.

SKI STORAGE
River Run Village in Keystone offers a ski check storage option just across from the Gondola, near the Mountain Services Center at the base of River Run. The ski check storage is a great way to check your skis and then explore the Village with ease. This is a great option to avoid hauling your skis or snowboard around all day and allows you to safely and securely keep your skis near the mountain for easy access when hitting the slopes. Another advantage to checking your skis and boots overnight - you can walk to the slopes in your regular shoes with ease in the morning, and then simply check them back into your basket while you’re skiing during the day. When you’re done skiing for the day, check your skis/snowboard/boots again and change back into your comfortable shoes to walk back to your car. Definitely is a great way to make the 5 minute walk to the slopes much easier.
