This over-sized condominium in the Springs at River Run has it all! This unit has over 1150 square feet with two bedrooms, three full baths (two with dual vanity), a Murphy bed and a pull out sofa -- it is more than 1/3 larger than a Springs two bedroom two bath condo. It can sleep eight in comfort. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the other three beds are all queen sized.

This unit is loaded with features and decorating extras that will make you feel at home. The full sized kitchen has new GE Profile appliances with three ovens (two are convective).

A Luxury La Z Boy Sleeper Sofa and La Z Boy recliner have just been added to the unit. You will be able to relax in comfort after a long hard day of activities.

The balcony has great views! After enjoying your day skiing, put your skis in your own ski locker, drink your favorite beverage, relax next to your own stone gas fireplace and watch your 40' HDTV.

When it's time to retire for the night, you have a 42' LCD HDTV in the master bedroom and a 40' LED HDTV in the 2nd bedroom. Also every TV has a DVD player. Enjoy a different movie each night from a 50+ DVD collection with a wide selection of choices. The kids will love Clifford the Dog and the parents will enjoy Big Jake. A stereo system with an iPod Dock is available from the master bedroom. Free wireless internet is available throughout the building.

Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for the entire family. Pretty close to the gondola and ski lift. Close to shops and food places to eat. The owner was absolutely amazing and communicated great and answered any questions I had before and during my stay. The hot tub was well heated and spacious. The lobby had plenty of things to do and enjoy inside.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

So convenient to walk 5 minutes to the Gondola and into River Run Village! Ski locker was convenient, condo was well stocked. Had a great trip for our family of 5. Construction next door takes away a bit of the mountain view, but didnt affect our amazing stay!

Amazing condo just a short walk to the gondola!

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at Keystone. The walk to the gondola is absolutely short enough to do in ski boots, which makes a huge difference. The fully-stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook instead of eating out every meal. And the owner was really great about communicating with us on check-in procedures. We will absolutely be back!

Great condo near slopes

Really enjoyed our stay, wish it could have been longer. Condo had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Only a short walk to slopes, although slightly detoured because of construction.

Father-Daughter Thanksgiving Ski Trip

Great stay! Condo was wonderfully stocked with snacks, coffee creamer and so many other items. Beds were super comfy. Furniture was getting a little dated but condo was extremely clean! Dave was a wonderful host! We will definitely return!

Why they chose this property

As a family we have enjoyed the outdoors and summer vacations in Colorado for many years. Dave has enjoyed skiing for over 30 years so a decision to buy at a ski resort was easy. We chose Keystone because of its great skiing, proximity to the other great ski resorts, and convenient location - less than an hour drive on I-70 from the Denver city limits.

What makes this property unique

We bought a 1 bedroom condo in the Springs at River Run in 2002 and upgraded to this 2 BR unit in 2014. We bought here because it is beautiful and luxurious property very convenient to the gondola, only 75 yards away. There is a heated year round pool with a water slide and two hot tubs. There is also a theater room with a 62' HDTV, blue ray DVD player, and better than theater style seating. The Springs is the place to stay in Keystone!
