A very special 5-star holiday home is waiting for you! On a hillside next to the forest is located the newly built, detached house with magnificent mountain views. Just beneath the crucifixion group, the King Ludwig II. The Upper Ammer Gauern gave thanks for the performance of the Passion Play.
Just a few meters away you will find ski lifts, cross-country skiing and ski touring routes in the winter. Located right on the meditation path and hiking and walking trails, you are with a few steps in the summer surrounded by nature. Summer toboggan run and tennis courts are nearby. This dream holiday home is also the highest holiday home Oberammergau! From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the Hausberg Oberammergau - the Kofel and the Ammergau Alps.
Far from the hubbub of this holiday home is the perfect place to cut loose and enjoy the peace and quiet in a unique setting.
Spacious, modern and exclusively furnished, you will find all the amenities that meets the highest demands.
At 135 qm³ total can accommodate up to 8 people.
The spacious living and dining area with wooden floor leaves no wish unfulfilled. The large dining table you can let unobstructed mountain views.
Throughout the house underfloor heating is installed.
A fireplace in the living room also provides an extra cozy feel-good climate (wood provided and included in the price). Flat screen TV and free internet access are available here. The large living room sofa also can be transformed into another sleeping accommodation for 2 persons.
Self - in the furnished kitchen with all mod cons - you cook with views of the countryside. The kitchen has a modern hob, fridge, sink and dishwasher.
All necessary kitchen utensils are available.
The ground floor also a bathroom / WC with shower.
A staircase takes you to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. The very spacious bathroom upstairs has a bath, a shower, toilet and two sinks. Through an open exposed beams throughout the floor is light and earthy.
An indoor staircase leads then to the basement of the house. There you will also find the spacious sauna and another shower. Round off an eventful day in Oberammergau with a sauna experience! From here you can also view on a sheltered terrace. Another terrace is also located on the west side of the house with access from the living room where you can look directly at meadows and fields in the green nature. On the balcony of the house the morning sun and impressive panoramic views makes your heart beat faster. A carport and additional parking spaces are available at the house. Pets are welcome.

Beautiful home and great location in Oberammergau

We stayed for a week in July and wish it could have been longer. The home was super clean, bright and perfectly located at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking the entire valley and surrounding mountains. We rented e-bikes and could be in the city center in 5 minutes. It was over 90 degrees when we arrived but cooled off nicely at night due to the cross breeze. This was a great place to stay in summer and would likely be even nicer in winter with the wood burning stove, sauna and it's location close to all winter activities.

Großartiges Haus für die ganze Familie

Wir durften eine wunderbare Woche mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern, deren Partnerinnen und unserem Hund in diesem tollen Haus verbringen . Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und den großen Wohn-/ Essbereich gemeinsam genossen. Das Haus ist super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und seine Lage könnte nicht besser. Schade nur, dass die Woche so schnell vorüber war.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Alles ist wirklich geräumig und blitzsauber. An Küchenutensilien ist alles vorhanden ( es gab sogar einen Eierkocher) - wir haben nur ein Nudelholz zum Ausrollen von Pizzateig vermisst. Fantastische Lage mit herrlichem Blick! Ganz toll war es, dass wir die "Königscard" inkludiert hatten, so dass man mit diversen Bergbahnen gratis fahren konnte und zB das schöne Erlebnisbad kostenlos nutzen konnte. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt (vor allem aus Sicht der mitreisendenTeenager ) war das doch recht langsame Internet. Ansonsten alles top - sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein Traum in den deutschen Alpen

Es gibt vermutlich wenig Orte, wo man sich in Deutschland tief in den Bergen fühlt. Das Haus mit eigenem, gepflegtem, eingezäuntem Garten in Hanglage liegt am Ortsrand von Oberammergau am Ende einer Sackgassee mit Blick vom Esstisch auf den 1342m hohen Kofel. Besser geht es nicht!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Haus super, tolle Lage direkt am Waldrand. Liegt direkt an einem kleinen Berg an dem man rodeln und ein bisschen Ski fahren kann (eher für Kinder). Sauna top, es gibt Waschmaschine und trockner. Die Treppe ist etwas steil für kleine Kinder, für unsere 4-jährige kein Problem. Küche und Haus super ausgestattet. Für Hunde toll! Im Winter ist die Bundesstraße fast nicht zu hören. Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Haus, tolle Gegend - aber fest zugesagtes Babybett fehlte

Haus: nagelneu, toll eingerichtet, wundervoll gelegen mit Blick auf Kofel, hält was Bilder versprechen, alles funktioniert (ausser: Grillrost war nicht sauber, hätte vor Benutzung komplett gereinigt werden müssen) Vermieter: vorab sehr reaktionsschnell und freundlich ABER: Babybett war von Vermieter fest zugesagt. Bei Ankunft vor Ort war kein Babybett auffindbar und Vermieter war über kompletten Buchungszeitraum (3 Tage) weder telefonisch noch per email zu erreichen. Für uns war Babybett essentiell und wir hatten uns auf Vermieter verlassen. Für uns hat das die Urlaubsqualität signifikant reduziert. Daher werden wir bei diesem Vermieter nie wieder buchen - ein Vermieter, der über den kompletten Mietzeitraum für Rückfragen/Probleme nicht erreichbar ist, ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes, neues Haus in unglaublich schöner Lage.

Das neue Haus mit direktem Blick auf die Berge kann ich nur empfehlen. Bestens ausgestattet und perfekt für meine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand und somit hatten die Kinder eine Menge Spaß. Einziger negativer Punkt ist das Geräusch des nahegelegene Tunnels, sonst ist es wunderbar still und naturnah.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Traumlage

Das Ferienhaus ist neu gebaut, modern & geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Ein Kaminofen sorgt sowohl für wohlige Wärme, als auch für Gemütlichkeit. Eine Sauna bietet zusätzlichen Komfort. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Schlafzimmer bieten sehr bequeme Betten und reichlich Schrankplatz. Die zwei modernen Bäder mit gehobener Ausstattung (Regendusche, Waschmaschine) sorgen dafür, dass es auch bei einer Belegung mit bis zu 8 Personen keine größeren "Staus" gibt. Wir hatten leider nur ein Wochenende zur Verfügung, kommen jedoch gerne für einen längeren Urlaub wieder.

Einmaliges Ferienhaus

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus in Oberammergau, sehr sehr sauber, sehr gemuhtlich und alle Kuchenutensilien die man benotigt waren vorhanden, eingezaumtes Haus war super fur unseren Hund, Aussicht war einmalig entspannend. Luxury with a view

We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 nights. The photos do not do it justice. The home is clean and we'll equiped. The views are gorgeous, pastoral, and instantly induce relaxation. The hiking trail right outside the front door is a bonus. The location is also set in a quaint town with good food and shopping. Contact with the owner was easy and the bottle of wine welcoming. Highly recommend!

Entspannung pur!

Wunderschönes Haus mit liebevoller Einrichtung in Top-Lage und tollen Vermietern. Wir haben unsere Hundewanderferien in vollen Zügen geniessen können - dank der schönen Oberammergauer Wanderwege und dieses wirklich exquisiten Hauses. Bereits nach dem ersten Schritt ins Haus fühlt man sich wohl und willkommen. Für Leute mit Hund wäre es allenfalls nennenswert, dass das Grundstück - obwohl gut abgegrenzt - nicht komplett eingezäunt ist. Etwas ältere, ruhigere Hunde würden die Begrenzung sicherlich akzeptieren für unseren jungen Hund wäre wohl die Versuchung die "Mauer" hinabzuspringen zu gross gewesen. Aber für etwas gibt es lange Leinen. Von daher für uns absolut kein Grund, dieses Top-Objekt nochmals zu mieten.

Fantastic house with subperb views

The house exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival music was playing and there was a welcome bottle of wine on the table for us- such a lovely welcome. The standard of the house was excellent and it was very clean. It was the last house on the road and so the views of the alps were unobstructed - fabulous views. The house was within walking distance of Oberammergau, a very pretty little town. We would love to return someday and therefore I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

Grandiose Lage am Hang in ruhiger Gegend!

Wir hatten zu 8 einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung ist neu und hochwertig. Sehr gelungenes Innendesign! Alles war sehr gut! Die Betten, die Küche, die Sauna, das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich, die Gartengestaltung, die Lage. Traumhafter Blick auf den Kofel direkt aus dem Wohnzimmer. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Erholung pur

Wir (vier Freundinnen) waren restlos begeistert von dem Ferienhaus.Total ruhige Lage (nachts konnte man Eulen schreien hören,) mit dem größten Komfort. Großzügige Räume, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Ein sichtbares Feuer im Ofen genauso, wie ein großer Flachbildschirm nebendran. Das ganze Haus war supersauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir werden wiederkommen!
