Imagine staying at the spectacular Sunsear Villa with gorgeous swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the lake.

You will discover a colorful palette of amenities. Relax in the soothing waters of our heated pool, or lounge on the LARGE deck with breathtaking lake views.

We contracted a professional swimming pool company to clean and maintain the pool at least once a week.

The Game Room is equipped with Air Hockey and Pooll Table overlooking the lake (no need for the kids to go out to a hot garage).

Contactless Check-In and Keyless Entry.

The Sunsear Villa is about 5 miles from Disney World! It is located a short distance from Universal Studios, and Sea World !!! Also, there are lots of local area attractions including Downtown Disney, Old Town Kissimmee, Aquatic Adventures, Airboat Tours, Al Capone's Dinner Theater and many many more!

It has 2 HUGE Master Bedrooms with King Size beds which are great for multiple families or extended families traveling together. One of the Master Bedrooms is located on the first floor which makes life easier if you have someone in your party who has a hard time climbing stairs. The Master Bedroom features dual his/her sinks, large corner Garden Bath and shower.

The Gourmet Kitchen comes with all the Amenities for your cooking needs and features Granite Counter Tops and Tiled Back Splashes. The Family Room is adjacent to the Kitchen and has a large LCD Television and DVD player. There is wireless Internet through out the house.

The Sunsear Villa comes with a Private Swimming Pool, Spa, spacious 40 foot Lanai, Lounge Chairs and large Patio Table.

The pool/spa heat is an optional item at additional cost. If you would like the optional heat, let us know at least a day before check in, and we will have the heat of the pool set at 87 degrees and the hot tub at 102 degrees for your stay. The pool and hot tub may still be used without the heat at no charge.

There is a portable crib, high chair, and safety gate surrounding the pool to help with the children. In addition, there is a dynamic recreation center with a large community pool, exercise facilities and spacious recreation room.

The Beautiful Florida Coast is a little over an hour away which features gorgeous Sandy Beaches where you can enjoy the Sunshine! The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is also a little over an hour away which features the Kennedy Space Center Tour, Shuttle Launch Experience, IMAX space films, daily astronaut encounters, and the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame.

For everyone's safety, there is a safety fence around the swimming pool and spa. Under no circumstances is the safety fence to be removed or disable in any way. Fire regulations require that the doors to the screen enclosure be left open at all times therefore the fence must be left in place in case small children from other houses wonder on to the property.

Great location, well maintained property

Hi Ron! I wanted to thank you for once again (we rented in 2012) having us at your Disney villa. It remains well kept and we enjoyed being there for a combination volleyball/Disney trip. The location is great, close to shopping, dining and attractions. Hopefully, we will go back to Orlando next year and your villa will be available. Thanks again and take care.

Well maintained property with a lovely view

The property is impressive and furnished to a high standard. Plenty of room for everyone. Indoor air conditioned games room is a huge bonus as usually games rooms are located in the garage and in the Summer the heat makes them unusable.. Lovely view out by the swimming pool of the lake and wildlife. Very convenient location to the 192 and all its attractions and shops. Would happily and confidently recommend this property to others

Lovely home

Very Pleased

We absolutely loved staying here at your home, it rained alot while we were there but thats ok it was comfortable enough for us to be "rained in" and not on top of each other like it would have been had we have been in a hotel. The house was beautiful and very well kept. We will for sure be back again !! And thanks Ron for making the entire transaction so smooth !!!

excellent house with all the room and views you need. a nice pool with a hot tub wonderful location right off 192. close to everything you need. most time pictures are overkill not in the situation i believe you will find house to better than the pictures and just plain comfortable.. renting this location is easy everything you need is on the website for booking on line. overall high rating for this villa is not out of line stay there and you will agree with me.. hope to be able to rent again next year for our golf tournament

Great house...

Great property in an area that is convenient to most anything including all theme park attractions. If the pool and the hot tub aren't enough how about the pool table and air hockey. Lots of space, great accommodations super responsive owner who will help you with any issues. Would definitely consider staying again if the opportunity arose. And after you wear yourself out with all of that the beds are nice and comfy to get a good nice sleep. Thanks Ron!

Disney Vacation

This house was the perfect choice for our Disney family vacation. Plenty of room, nice layout, wonderful swimming pool and hot tub. We felt really safe in the gated community, and the drive to the Disney parks was about 20 minutes depending on traffic. The villa was very clean and included the basic necessities. The grandkids really enjoyed the game area and spent lots of time in the swimming pool. Ron made the transaction easy, and was available for any questions. There is a Publix grocery store and a Target within a mile of the house. We will recommend this property to our friends!

Good place to stay if planning on being in the parks all day.

Second time to this home. Much is the same as it was when we came 6 years ago. Very few cooking vessels and bare minimum on supplies in kitchen. If you are planning on eating out a lot it won’t be a problem. Get ice before you arrive if you like cold drinks. No ice trays. Home is for sale if you are interested.

The house was very big and and perfect for our family!

We didn't have any extra toilet paper for the bathrooms there was just one roll per bathroom and that's all we got, we also we told to put our dishes in the dishwasher and run before we left but there was no dishwasher soap. The door going out to the pool was broken and very hard to open and close. The house wasn't very clean. Only one of the garage lights worked.

Great House, Great Location!

We stayed here with family for a week over the holidays. The house was clean and comfy…just as pictured. We had plenty of space for 10 guests. The kids loved the pool, definitely worth the extra cost to heat it. Close to everything Orlando has to offer.

The only problem was the houses around us were playing very loud music and not good music for children, but the owner couldn’t help that at all! All in all a wonderful experience!!

Another Great Stay in Veranda Palms

This was our second time staying at this home in less than 6 months, but this time was under a new owner. This is a fantastic home in a great location. We were able to access stores, restaurants, the Universal parks, Cocoa Beach, and St. Pete's all with ease. The pool is clean and in good working order, there is a nice pool table and air hockey table on the second floor, and the house is very spacious with two king master suites and three additional rooms that each have two twin beds. The property seemed better kept under the new owner, as some minor repairs had been completed that were neglected under the previous owner. We did arrive about 50 minutes prior to official check-in, and were not able to access the home yet, which was a first (and we rent places often), but we sent a quick message to the owner, and he let us in. The owner was very good with communication and any needs that arose. Overall, this house is highly recommended and we can't wait to get back soon!

Magical Home, VERY close to the Magical Disney

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds and all the amenities it had to offer. The location of the home is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the amusement parks. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. The lakefront view is magnificent and very relaxing to the eye. Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We can not wait to come back!

Nice clean property - fully functional and family friendly

We rented this property the previous year under a different owner. The new owner made many updates, including updated landscaping and Roku internet service on all the TVs. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We had a few issues, but the owner was very responsive on getting the issues resolved in a timely manner.

Exquisite

An easy process from beginning to end! We choose this property at the very last second and the property owner ,Dennis was very accommodating. The house was clean, spacious and family friendly. We choose pool heating and the spa heated up very fast. We really liked that the game room with an air hockey table and a pool table located on the second floor instead of the garage. The kids had some serious competitions after long hours in the parks. We had some issue with the jets in the jacuzzi, after texting Dennis he was very fast and helpful fixing the problem. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Good stay, good location, I would do it again.

In general it was good. Silverware needed to be re- washed. Powder room smells bad. Bedrooms are great. Swimming pool is good and clean.

Nice spacious house in a great location

Our family of four decided to go big and rent this 5bd house for a quick Disney trip. It's a big, spacious house with all of the amenities - garage, laundry room, pool, air hockey, pool table and TVs in every room. We actually all had our own bedroom. It's in a gated community with a huge community pool and outdoor area, and a fitness center, which was closed due to COVID. The community is close to grocery stores, Wal-mart, and a bunch of different dining options. It was a short drive to any of the Disney parks, and ended up being a lot more economical than staying in a dinky resort-hotel room, which we had done in the past. There were a couple small maintenance issues, but overall a great time. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful property! Will definitely stay again!

The entire process was so easy. The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our stay. We brought all of our own towels, and we did buy a new shower head for the downstairs master, but overall, we couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Thank you for an easy, worry free stay.
