Less than 35 minutes from the major ski resorts (La Clusaz and Espace Diamant), 3 minutes from the regular Annecy/Albertville bus stop, the gîte offers you a haven of peace and tranquility. The paraglider departure point is located at the Col de l'Épine, at an altitude of 950 m.
A bakery and its terrace, the Marlens lake and its restaurant are at your disposal within a radius of 1 kilometer from the house to allow you to relax and recharge your batteries after walking the hiking trails and/or doing some hiking. paragliding.
The first shops are 5 km away either in Ugine or in Faverges.

The cottage is independent on the ground floor, in a large Savoyard house with two sunny terraces and private outdoor parking at the entrance to the chalet. It is fully equipped and is perfectly suited to welcoming very young children. It is also accessible to people with reduced mobility, but it is, however, not suitable.

It has an equipped kitchen with a beautiful breakfast area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. At the entrance on the right, there is a bedroom with twin beds convertible into a single 160 bed.
