fanstatic property

over all this apartment is very nice....its warm and cosy and clean and tidy with everything that you need for your stay..the view from the 2 balconies is wonderfull..the village is a 5min walk from the apartment,the le equipe and pizzaria are good places to eat....we will deffinatly stay again and would recomend it.the owner is a lovely lady with great communication......5 stars in my opinon

Die Wohnung ist praktisch für kurze Aufenthalte. Allerdings ist das Obergeschoss zum Teil so niedrig, dass dort nur die "Sieben Zwerge" aufrecht gehen können.

Effectivement, comme indiqué dans l'annonce et montré sur les photos, les deux chambres du haut sont mansardées. Il n'empèche que sur les deux ont peut se déplacer debout sur les passages prévus sous les parties les plus hautes. Depuis 8 ans que nous avons des vacanciers dans notre logement, personne ne nous avait fait la remarque jusqu'à présent...Toutefois, je peux comprendre que vous n'aimiez pas les chambres mansardées.

La résidence est plutôt bien située avec un arrêt de navette à proximité. L’appartement est vraiment petit. Il est bien décoré mais mal équipé et peu pratique pour les rangements. Bon échange avec les propriétaires et la personne responsable sur place.

3 Jours agréables

Location charmante, avec jolie vue. Balcon appréciable dès que le soleil est présent. Toutes les commodités sont présentes dans ce charmant petit village, malgré le manque de neige pour profiter du départ.

Une location bien située avec une très belle vue terrasse. Un appartement fonctionnel .Cependant , manque évident de propreté notamment au niveau de la literie .Salle de bain, toilettes ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement . Dommage..

Appartement optimisé ... propreté à ameliorer

Bel appartement, bien décoré dans un esprit montagne, avec une très jolie vue en direction de Crest-Voland. Relativement bien équipé (manque un peu de verres et l’électroménager est vieillissant : bouilloire qui fuit, cafetière entartrée à nettoyer). La distance avec le pied des pistes est de 10 minutes à pied en coupant à travers le terrain en face de la résidence. Une navette passe aussi au bout du chemin de la résidence toutes les 15 minutes pendant les vacances scolaires et dépose au pied des pistes (ESF). Nous avons pu louer un local à skis à l’hotel La Molliniere, au pied des pistes également (en supplément de la location de l’appartement). L’espace de vie est acceptable en terme de taille si on n’utilise pas le couchage du clic clac (ce que nous avons fait), mais nous nous sentions un peu à l'étroit à 7 personnes. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants de 5 à 10 ans. La chambre est très mansardée et la mezzanine est intelligemment optimisée. Le point faible majeur est la propreté du logement nettoyé par les locataires en fin de semaine. La propreté de la vaisselle était relative. Toute la deco à base de tissus (housse clic clac, housse des nombreux coussins, tapis ...) mériterait un nettoyage ainsi qu’un dépoussiérage global qui ne revient pas aux locataires. Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour.

De plus, nous avons mis en place le passage sytsématique entre chaque vacanciers de quelqu'un de très sérieux. D'ailleurs nous sommes ravis de voir que toutes nos dernières appréciations sont positives. Merci de nous avoir permis d'améliorer notre accueil.

Merci de nous avoir signalé le fait que le ménage n'était pas impeccable. Nous demanderons un peu plus de vigilance à la personne qui s'occupe des états des lieux de sortie. L'espace des appartements en montagne est optimisé et il est vrai que l'appartement est plus confortable pour 6 personnes. Mais tout est bien indiqué dans l'annonce, surface et couchage (dont, effectivement, un sur clic-clac du séjour). Il y a sans aucun doute des appartements plus grands pour 8 personnes, mais à des tarifs forcément plus élevés.
