Private Lakefront Luxury in the heart of Ski Country, Mountain Views

This spacious waterfront townhome is perfect for your peaceful mountain getaway. Located in Silverthorne in the desirable Ponds neighborhood, this home is centrally located to all Summit County has to offer. Walk to hiking trails, the bike path, and the paved Blue River trail. Cuddle up next to the fireplace in the living room after a long day of skiing. With all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, this home's kitchen is fully equipped to provide hot home cooked meals. Only a short drive away from skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and all that Summit County has to offer. Located within 15 minutes drive to Keystone and Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to A Basin or Loveland, and 25 minutes drive to Breckenridge ski resorts.

The main level consist of the living room with gas fireplace, kitchen and dining area. There is a walk out patio off the dining area with lake views, and views of Angler Mountain. The laundry room is on the main level as well as gear storage. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The primary bedroom has direct lake views. This property is located on a quiet cu de sac at the end of the complex. There is a nice walking trail along the lake steps from the property. Moose, fox, and elk are frequent visitors to this area. Angler Mountain hiking trail is less than 5 minutes away.

Primary: Luxury King bed, private bathroom with soaking tub
2nd bedroom: Luxury King bed, private full bathroom
3rd bedroom: Queen bed, private full bathroom

Although it is mentioned in reviews, please note that there is no longer a private hot tub at this property.

My friends and I were in Summit County for a ski weekend, and we had a great time staying at this cozy townhouse! We really enjoyed that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything about the home was first rate, and we would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. Nice view of the lake in the back. Even got to see deer walk across the frozen lake and up to our back patio. Definitely would stay here again.

Great property with lots of features

We had a great time staying here. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were so many great things included that often aren’t with rentals (paper towels, trash bags, etc.). We highly recommend staying here. Only issue, which was small was the crock part of the crock pot was missing.

Was informed that the hot tub was out for repairs & unavailable, and they would consider credit for this adjustment, but haven’t heard of credit yet. Comfortable place & convenient location. Keurig needs replaced.

Missing Hot Tub

The location of this property is amazing. It has views of the mountains from both sides. The view from the tub in the master bathroom is absolutely breathtaking. Unfortunately we ended up changing locations due to the hot tub being missing from the back patio. The owner was very quick to respond and immediately offered us a similar property nearby.

A treasure in the mountains

Townhouse: It's an end unit so it's pretty quit. The views from the house house in each room was breathless! We never closed the window shades. Everything was provided, down to laundry detergent, everything you'll need to cook, towels, etc. Brand new carpet! Decor was nice and cozy. Our family of 5 was really comfortable. We had booked for 5 days but extended our stay since we love the cabin that much! Location: THE BEST LOCATION!! next to shops! Walking distance to everything. 15-20 mins to Breckinridge and Vail. Silverthorne is quiet but plenty of things to do. We hiked every day that we were there. Property Manager: I would rate them 5 stars! Anna is wonderful with communication. She was there for check in and check. She helped with everything that we needed to have a comfortable stay. We are planning to book again because of the way Anna had handled everything!

Birthday snowboarding trip

This property was absolutely beautiful. Each couple had their own bedroom AND bathroom. Sitting in the hot tub in the evening after a long day of snowboarding was the highlight. The pond area definitely attracts wild life as we had 2 curious moose calves join us one evening

We really enjoyed it. The property was great and the view from the master bedroom and backyard was awesome. Only issue we had was the fire place wasn't working and there wasn't a fire pit in the back yard so we didn't get to enjoy a nice fire but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Fine but not as advertised

Our stay was good overall, but there were a few details about the property that were not as advertised. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. There was also no dish soap. There was dishwasher detergent, but the dishwasher did not work. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The hot tub stopped working shortly into our first use of it. This was fixed within 24 hours, but it was an amenity we paid extra for and were unable to fully enjoy. We did appreciate the garage and easy access to town.
