And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!

River West Ptarmigan Peak Condo is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six people. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. There’s also a bar with a mini fridge and drink-making gear. Then, step out onto the patio and watch the river flow by. The beautiful modern kitchen features marble counters, high-end Café brand appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for four at the counter.

The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. It was easy to find, easy to enter, very clean, all things needed in the kitchen,cute little backbporch that looked at the Blue River, great hot tub( community use-just a short walk down the sidewalk), one of the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a VRBO, great shower, and just an all around perfect space for our time in Silverthorne.
