There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as world-class fly fishing on the Blue River – or book a tee time at the Raven Three Peaks golf course just down the road. And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!

River West Ptarmigan Peak Condo is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six people. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. There’s also a bar with a mini fridge and drink-making gear. Then, step out onto the patio and watch the river flow by. The beautiful modern kitchen features marble counters, high-end Café brand appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for four at the counter.

The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. The location was great. The property was exactly as listed, super clean, and perfect for our stay. We loved sitting on the back patio and listening to the river while we had our morning coffee. The access to the walking trail was great too.

This property was perfect in all ways. It was easy to find, easy to enter, very clean, all things needed in the kitchen,cute little backbporch that looked at the Blue River, great hot tub( community use-just a short walk down the sidewalk), one of the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a VRBO, great shower, and just an all around perfect space for our time in Silverthorne.

Silverthorne Ski Stay

The property has a great location just off I70, and many stores and restaurants near by. The view out the back overlooking the creek is really pretty! Condo is modern with plenty of amenities.
