The house is awesome, and the pool, setting, pickleball court and games room made for such a good weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday. The place is even bigger than it appears in the pictures. Communication, check in, cleanliness, amenities…everything was 10/10. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This property is a 10 out of 10! Perfect for a large multi- family group! Every room has a full bath and King/ Queen bed! The amenities are wonderful! Everything is provided for all the activities! The multiple outdoor spaces make outdoor entertaining easy and fun!We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!!!!

This house is perfect for a large group. It is well supplied all over with pool toys, pickleball equipment, and even kleenex boxes everywhere!! The kitchen has lots of tools and equipment. We will return!

Wow! Amazing doesn’t even begin to explain this place. We were a group of 8 people (6 adults, two young children). The house and the property grounds are absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The bedrooms all feel very private, they all have their own bathroom. The house is located a little out of town, which makes it super quiet, but still close to go grabs groceries. The kids loved the pickleball court and the game room. We all said we could have spent so much more time there. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for 5 adult couples!! With each bedroom having a king bed and their own private bathrooms, it was comfortable for all. The kitchen had everything we needed. What a fun house!! And a cute town with a quick drive to Bodega. We couldn’t have asked for more!! We all talked about coming back and we definitely would recommend it to others. The host was great and responded promptly to all of our questions. Thank you! And Thank you for the 2 for 1 vouchers for wine tasting! That was an added bonus!

Such a beautiful property! We enjoyed the pool, ping pong, bedrooms, open kitchen area, vineyards, and nearby restaurants of Graton. Everything was in great condition. Highly recommend!!

Great house! The pictures do not do it justice. Communication was seamless. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with more than we needed. The property is stunning and feels very private. Easy drive to wineries and downtown areas. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for an wine country getaway

Nice big house with plenty of space to spread out. The grounds were beautiful and every bedroom had its own bathroom which was really nice. Would definitely recommend this house and will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

Fallen Tree Ranch

Beautiful location. Quiet neighborhood by a winery. We loved the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Great that it is on the golf course as well.
