The location was perfect if you enjoy the Russian River Wineries and the Healdsburg area. The house itself is full of charm and character. It was nice to be able to unwind with friends at the dining table and play cards after a collaboratively cooked meal. The little town of Graton has a couple of good little restaurants, too!
The house was very cute, cozy, and renovated. The outdoor areas were nice. The neighborhood was quaint. Having 1 bathroom with 3-4 people was rough, but we knew that going in. There were mysterious stains on various items that made us all uneasy, and the King bed is very uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was nice.
The home is adorable, clean, and very well maintained. The added arcade room and top deck are a fun addition that we enjoyed. The location is perfect. Quiet. The sounds of birds in the morning and a rooster while overlooking a vineyard, so nice. Easy walkable distance to town, which is so cute with a couple of very good restaurants. The hosts are responsive making check in and everything easy. Can't wait to go back!
What a great property! Everything was super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Fabulous outdoor space next to vineyards and across from a school. And, the little game room with shuffleboard and arcade game was a nice added bonus. Will definitely book again.
Truly one of the best Vrbos we’ve stayed at. Perfect location, house was beautifully decorated, beds comfy and owners were super responsive. Hard to leave it!
This is such a cute and cozy house, we really enjoyed our stay here it was perfect for our family of 4, and we were very close to my sister in-law who lives in Sebastopol. I would definitely recommend this place, it’s really comfortable.
House was clean, charming and well maintained. Yard is fantastic, enclosed and private. A cozy living room and spacious bedrooms. We loved spending time at home and walking to Underwood. The location was also ideal - quiet yet still close enough to town for any necessary outings. There were plenty of activities nearby, including hiking trails, and charming local shops and restaurants. We were also pleased with the communication from the property owner - they were responsive
We stayed for just on night on a cold December day. The house was cozy and well appointed. The house has everything you could need from an electric teapot to a crib. The decor is cottage boho chic and feels new/modern as far as appliances and bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and made check-in a breeze. I look forward to staying again. Note: Bring your own ground coffee.
We stayed in the Vineyard View Getaway while we were in town for a family wedding. The home was well equipped, very clean, and felt like the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The game room was hit with our teenagers, and everyone had enough space to spread out and enjoy themselves. The hosts were very quick to reply when we had a few questions. The property is adjacent to a beautiful vineyard and a butterfly farm, all nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this great property.

Thank you for the outstanding review, Jennifer! You were a delight to host and even did extra cleaning before checking out Sunday. We would love to welcome you back to Vineyard View Getaway the next time you visit the Russian River Valley.
We had a wonderful experience at this property. It’s very beautiful. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the cleaning once we got there, but Natalie took care of it. She is the property owner and she did an amazing job taking care of us. I give this property five out of five I can give it a 10 out of 10 I would beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. My parents want to stay at this property again if they ever come back to Sonoma.!!!!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
We drove from Maryland to see our son graduate from his OS USCG A school in Petaluma. We found all the amenities of our own home in your beautiful home and it made our 3 day stay very relaxing. Owners of the home were very friendly and responsive to any and all questions we had. House is exactly how it’s listed. Very nice! Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
Thank you kindly for everything.

Thank you, Amy for visiting our gem of a property in the beautiful Russian River Valley. You were a great host to accommodate and glad you enjoyed the graduations and birthday parties during your stay.
We would enjoy hosting you again!
We had a wonderful experience in Sonoma west county thanks to our home base at the lovely Greaton House with vineyard view! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was totally updated in this historical remodeled farm house. We enjoyed visiting the nearby butterfly sanctuary, dining in the towns of Graton & Sebastopol, plus a day on the coast in Bodega Bay and of course wine tasting in Healdsburg. At the house we enjoyed happy hours in the Adirondack chairs in the shade, and a rooftop vineyard view sunset evening! The large round kitchen table was perfect for playing games with the family and the Roku TV allowed us to watch Alfred Hitchcock’s movie The Birds which was filmed in Bodega Bay! We made many great family memories in this great VRBO!

Laurie and her family were terrific guests to host. Due to the Memorial Day Weekend, we had a quick turnover with new guests arriving. Therefore, we requested that the guests start the dishes and strip the bed to give our cleaner a head start. Without hesitation, not only did they help with those tasks, but they took the trash out and cleaned up after themselves making the cleaning an easy task after a long stay.
Laurie treated our home like it was her own and we greatly appreciated it.
We would certainly welcome Laurie and her family back to our home without hesitation.
This place was perfect for my daughter, her husband, my 6 year old grandson, my adult son, myself and partner. We enjoyed the quiet and the beautiful scenery of the vineyard. We liked being so close to Gratin and enjoyed a couple walks on the bike trails. The kitchen was easy to cook in and was equipped for all our needs. We especially enjoyed sitting up top above the play room. We enjoyed our meals at the outdoor table under the shade of the trees. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms had big windows with plenty of light. The living room had a cozy couch to hang out and watch tv or visit. The butterfly sanctuary is right next door although we didn’t have time to go there. I would recommend this home to stay.
The House is clean, nicely furnished and functional. Located in a quiet, rural town, yet close to main roads.Pros: Lots of seating in the private, shaded and well maintained yard. Two grassy areas for families/dogs to play. Friendly, quiet neighbours. House smells nice, good laundry facility and Kitchen is new, with clean drawers and utensils. New windows throughout. Shower in Bathroom has good pressure. Towels and Linen clean. Good internet connection.Cons: Temperature differs from room to room, had to close floor registers to maintain comfort. Hot water in Bathroom sink faucet is a cold trickle. Lacks Broom/Vacuum cleaner. Needs Roku TV or equivalence. Outside ladder to rooftop patio above game room is nearly impossible to climb.Thank you for renting this property to pet owners. We certainly will consider renting again if staying in the area.
