MOLIETS, in a very quiet environment, with all amenities at hand and the beach at 3 km, nice house with 3 bedrooms. Between beach, golf, forest and bike path, its location is ideal to enjoy your holiday in the Landes.
Composition: 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed ; 1 bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ; 1 bathroom with shower and sink and 1 bathroom with bath and toilet; 1 separate toilet; 1 storeroom with washing machine; 1 living area with kitchen (fridge-freezer, multifunctional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker...), dining area and living room with TV. Partially covered terrace.
Large garden. Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue. free access to a private tennis court. Capacity: 8 people. Sheets and towels provided. A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 150€).
