About this property

Walk to lift. Close to Lake. Hot Tub. Pool table

A very nice two-bedroom two-bathhroom condo on the first floor with a private balcony, and a fireplace. It is overlooking trees and mountains. It's located on the quiet back side of the building.

It sleeps 4 people comfortably and a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

The spacious Master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity sink and shower/bath combo. There is a TV with live channels as well. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (double over double). The top bunk bed is for children only please. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway. To make our living room cozy and inviting we furnished it with large and comfortable sectional facing a gas burning fireplace with TV on the mantel. Dining area is in between the living room and kitchen. Full kitchen is equipped with everything to cook and serve your favorite meals. A private balcony with sitting area is right off the living room, it oversees trees and mountains. The condo is located on the back side of the building far away from the road. Elevator in the building.

Fast wi-fi throughout the condo.

Free parking for one car in the heated underground garage. One additional car may be parked outside.

The community hot tub and grill are located on the back side of the building.

Due to the COVID-19, our cleaning lady is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces with products that meet the EPA's criteria and we follow the CDC's Cleaning Guidelines.

This condo is just as advertised. It is in the perfect location to access the kids ski school just steps away. I would stay again.

Great stay and location!

We loved staying here. The property was so cozy and well-stocked! We had all the spices we needed and they even had shampoo and conditioner! The location was perfect for us. The Peru lift and ski school is a short walk over the bridge. We loved how the condo is on the first floor bc my son was able to play in the snow whenever he wanted.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was a great property for our family of 4. Everything was comfortable, clean, and had more than what we needed! We enjoyed the location being so close to Mountain House ski area where we all took our ski lessons. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Our kids enjoyed the pool table. The host was very responsive and made us feel well taken care of. We would definitely return!

Comfortable condo - great skiing

Nice place, very clean and well stocked. About a 5-10 min walk to Peru lift (there are no restaurants or shops at Peru lift but you can take the free bus to River Run where all the dining and apres ski is) Nice amenities like outdoor hot tubs, fireplace and porch facing the hill. Communication with the host left a bit to be desired - a couple of inquiries / emails went unanswered during our stay. Overall we had a great vacation.

Great Location

Overall, this was a great stay. We loved that we could walk to the Mountain House lodge at Keystone (super easy walk, even with a 5-year old). It was great to have a heated garage and ski storage in the basement. The condo itself was nice. Pretty much everything you needed, only had to buy the groceries we needed. The only thing we really didn't care for, was that we found the bed in the primary room to be more firm than we preferred. The mattresses on the bunk were great, though! Would stay here again. Thank you.

Peaceful getaway

The place was perfect for a quick getaway in the mountains. Lots of activities close by to do and we loved listening to the stream off the patio in the evenings.

Fun Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was comfortable and well equipped with cookware, glasses and plates, and staples like spices, etc. The beds were very comfortable. We had two small children as part of our party of five. It worked well for our group but would have been too tight for 5-6 adults. Check in and access was easy and it was very useful to have parking for two vehicles.

Keystone Ski Trip

This property was great for our family ski trip. A short walk to the Peru Express lift. Plenty of space to relax after a day on the slopes. Daniel is a super host, very responsive and accommodating.
