2 bd/ba 1st floor, near ski rentals, school,restaurants,shuttle, walk to lifts

This ground floor condo is in a great location for a family ski vacation. Enjoy the slope side views from the deck.
The master bedroom has a full over queen bunk bed and a walk-in shower, the quest bedroom has a queen size bed and bath, TV's in both bedrooms. Our living room has a queen Beige/Tan lazy boy memory foam sleeper sofa and love seat. It also features a leather recliner, 50" TV, gas fireplace, dining room table that seats 4, there are also stools at the counter. We have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 hair dryers for your use. There's a drip coffee maker/ keurig , 4 quart Slow Cooker and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for home-cooked meals.
In the plaza across the street are 2 ski rental places (Christy Sports and Breeze rentals), Snake River Saloon & Steakhouse, Haywood Cafe, Steep Coffee Roaster & Brewery, and a grocery/liquor store. A 1/4 mile to the left on US 6 is a plaza with Mt View Sports (cheapest rentals), Dos Locos Mexican restaurant, and Subway.
You have a locked ski closet right out the front door. It's only about a 7 minute walk across the bridge over the Snake River to Mountain House Lodge (Base Area) where the Ski School, Area 51 Terrain Park, and the Peru lift are located. The six person Peru lift connects with other runs that give you access to the whole mountain.
We are less than 1/2 mile to River Run Parking lot. River Run has an abundance of eateries, bars, shopping.
Your day of skiing will be complete when you relax in the one of the 2 hot tubs and a changing room with a great view of the slopes.

Great location for skiing

My wife, our four adult kids and I stayed here and skied at Keystone, Breckinridge and Vail. We are from the Midwest, and it was our kids' first time skiing in the mountains. The property is well situated and equipped.

Vacation in Keystone

Property was conveniently located close to the lifts and nightlife. My only issue with the property was the build up of ice along the walkway to the entrance of the property.

Great location and view

Happy with the way the owner took care of any problems that happened. Great views of mountain and spacious condo. Needs a cookie sheet for cooking, but we’ll stocked kitchen.

Great Quality Unit

We are very pleased with our stay! The property description was accurate and it had a very well stocked kitchen which made our stay very easy. In addition, the owner provides very informative check-in information so that one is comfortable upon arrival. The condo has good quality furnishings that are not always found in other properties, including the sofa and mattresses. The owner was quick when responding to my questions during the reservation process as well as after we arrived. We would definitely stay there the next time we are in Keystone!

Great spot

While not quite walking distance to Mountain House, the location was great considering there is free parking at both Mountain House and River Run Village. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed for eating in (crock pot, blender, pots/pans, etc), and the condo was extremely clean. Communication with the owners was beyond expectations! Would considering staging again.

The condo has easy access from the highway 6. First floor access 1500 ft walk to the Peru lift. There is a bus route at the entrance point to the condo, if one prefers River Run lift. Christy Sports is across the street. All amenities were within, extra towels, two parking spots available, I had no need to call property manager. I would recommend and also stay hear again. I Chris

Granddaughters 1st ski trip!

We had a wonderful time at your condo. Worked out perfectly for my 6 year old granddaughters first time skiing! She caught on beautifully and we all had a great time. We will visit this area again! Thanks!

The condo is close to the lifts. We walked to the lifts easily. Hot tub was clean and only a short distance from condo. The owner resolved an issue within the first day. He was very accessible by texting. I would stay here again.

Very nice and close to the mountains! Walkable to grab food and alcohol as well as ski rentals!

There were 5 of us that stayed and the directions given for the stay were great! We were super close to a lot of things. Could easily walk to restaurants, ski rentals shops and even a small grocery/liquor store! The accommodations were great at the rental. Plenty of cookware for use!

We bought this as a ski vacation rental and personal use. We live there in the summer to get away from the Florida heat. We have owned rental property in Ft. Collins, Co since 1980. We've always believed in treating our guests/tenants like we'd expect to be treated.

Why they chose this property

We bought this place because it is so convenient, and we liked it! It is on the ground floor. You can literally walk across the parking lot to the Snake River Saloon, Christy Sports Ski Rental Place, a Breakfast Diner, food/liquor convenience store. There is a Mexican restaurant less than 1/4 mile away, River Run is 1/2 mile. Only about a 7-8 minute walk using the foot bridge over the Snake River, about the same length of walk if you took the shuttle and walked through River Run to the Gondola

What makes this property unique

There is a good size storage closet just outside the entry door for your skis, snowboards, etc. You also have a washer & dryer inside the unit, not to many competing properties have that. There are 2 community Hot Tubs with views of the slopes and the Snake River. There are also 6 or so resident Moose in the area, always pretty cool to see!
