In the heart of the resort, ski-in/ski-out, the apartment is located facing south with 30m2. <br>An entrance with large hallway. A large walk-in closet in the hallway.<br>a bedroom with bunk bed and large storage wardrobe.<br>A well-equipped bathroom with shower and sinks.<br>Suspended toilets separate from the bathroom.<br>A living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. <br>TV and radio area facing south and well lit.<br>A well-equipped American-style kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, raclette machine and piercing.<br>A dining room with a beautiful wooden table with a view of the estate.<br>Nearby, there is a ski rental shop, a mini-market, a fitness area and children's sports and games room and several restaurants.<br>The ski slopes are 2 minutes from the residence.<br><br> The residence is quiet with caretaker on the ground floor.<br><br>The keys are handed over by a secure postbox with a code that will be given to you by SMS following the signed and paid contract.<br><br>Cleaning is at your expense. Please leave the premises clean for new tenants.
