Beautiful, brand new apartment, completely renovated, completed in January 2021.

Contemporary style with a mountain feel. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious, with a surface area of 36 mÂČ, and can accommodate 4 people.

It is located on the ground floor of a typical local stone chalet in the village of Les Varcins, 2.5 km from the ski slopes, ski lessons and ski lifts.
Large free car parks are available at the foot of the slopes.

The village of St Martin is the capital of the Belleville Valley, with all its entertainment and shops.

Facing west, the flat is on the ground floor, with a terrace at the front, equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, parasol and barbecue.

Large living room with flat-screen TV, large French windows, underfloor heating.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190), with desk.
Bedroom 2: 1 single loft bed (90x190), ladder, and 1 bed (90x190) with desk.

Yes.\nThe place was in good condition.Had a brilliant shower bit small for any more than 3 beds could do with upgrading and a drying room for snowboards but other than that perfect for use snow borders

Marmotton apartments

we had a nice time at Le Marmotton apartment. It was clean and just big enough for us 4. only disadvantage we had was the kitchen table which is more a decoration table than a practical one: fitting your legs under it with the its legs is not easy if you are tall

More than enough for our stay

This is a lovely little cottage in Les Varcins. A few minutes away by car from Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and about 25 minutes away from Moutiers where you can find bigger supermarkets like Carrefour and Super U.We had a lovely stay. It's a small place but has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Well priced, clean and Joseph was a great host. It's also incredibly quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of piste life. And the views of course are breathtaking. All in all, it was more than enough for our family 4. Merci Joseph pour votre acceuil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Fabulous

The pics don't do it justice ita fabulously fitted out. Is fairly small but perfectly positioned to explore area for hikes and biking. We had a fabulous stay .only two comments. The sofa bed could do with being replaced as it's not comfortable at all and the bathroom takes ages to dry out due to lack of ventilation but its not a huge issue. The garden ia peferct with amazing views I recommend visiting chez pepe Nicholas for dinner !

New Year 2024

This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. The views from the apartment are good and Les Varcins is a pretty place to stay with a few traditional chalet style buildings. Shops and restaurants etc are in St Martin. Communication was good and with Joseph living nearby, check in was straight forward. The drive to the slopes on a morning took less than 5 minutes and there is free parking throughout the town of St Martin. We paid for a ski locker at the foot of the button lift, which made life easy and avoided transporting skis etc each day. This is a great way to access skiing in the 3 valleys easily whilst staying in a quiet village without the price tag of the larger resorts. We enjoyed a great new year trip and stay.

Ruhig, weit weg vom Ort

Das Appartement Marmotton ist 2021 nett renoviert worden und bietet fĂŒr einen kurzen Aufenthalt eine Menge: großer KĂŒhlschrank, SpĂŒlmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Herd sowie italienische Dusche.Es ist sehr klein und bietet nicht ausreichend Platz, um sich wohl zu fĂŒhlen: Um sich an den Esstisch zu setzen, muss man regelrecht klettern. Die Griffe der SchrĂ€nke und des KĂŒhlschranks waren teilweiseklebrig und die OberflĂ€chen sehr verstaubt. Das „große“ Bett grenzt mit 1 Seite an die Wand, die im Kopfbereich verschmutzt war. Die Bettdecke/ Matratze und Kissen waren nicht wirklich sauber.Schade, denn die Ruhe war genial, wenn auch Les Varcins weit und leider such ohne Fussweg von Saint Martin les Bellevilles entfernt ist.Die Sauberkeit

Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauberIn der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt - es bleibt kein Wunsch offen (nur der SparschĂ€ler war etwas schwierig)Die Lage zum SkiGebiet St. Martin de Belleville ist super - man ist in ca. 6 Min am ParkplatzWir sind mit unserem 15jĂ€hrigen Sohn gereist und er war in dem KinderEtagenBett etwas zu eng untergebracht - na ja fĂŒr 8 NĂ€chte ging es aber es war nicht optimal.Also eher fĂŒr Kleinkinder geeignet denke ich Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Fußbodenheizung haben wir genossen - damit wurden auch die SkiSchuhe ĂŒber Nacht schön trocken. Auch eine Heizung fĂŒr die Handschuhe war vorhanden. Vielen Dank

Nous venons d’y passer une semaine pour Noel et le moins que l’on puisse dire est que nous avons Ă©tĂ© gĂątĂ© en neige.Tres bon acceuil par Joseph qui est vraiment sympathique, de bon conseil et qui a ete une aide prĂ©cieuse pendant ce sejour et arrangeant en ce qui concerne l’heure d’arrivĂ©e.L’appartement est conforme Ă  la description et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© avec une trĂšs belle vue sur les montagne.L’accĂšs a Saint Martin de Belleville (5mn de voiture) et aux pistes se fait rapidement meme avec des grosses conditions de neige.Nous sommes ravis.
