This house is a Great Place to make you feel right at 'Home' as it has a very warm, inviting and comfortable feel to it. Tastefully Appointed and has all the features you would expect in a VACATION home but has the added bonus of having a Large Screen Enclosed back LANAI/Porch with its own PRIVATE BAR! and a backyard big enough to not only house the pool and pool deck area but to also have a Fully Fenced in backyard for the kids to play in or enough room to let the dogs out to stretch their legs (additional Pet Fees and Prior Approval apply).

The Home Has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bath and nearly 1250 Sq. Feet of A/C Living area not including the 460 sq. ft. Outdoor LANAI/Porch that overlooks the inviting Pool and Pool Deck Area.

Sleeping Arrangements are as Follows:

1.) Master Bedroom...KING Sized Bed-Sleeps up to 2 people Very Comfortably.
2.) Guest Bedroom 1... QUEEN Sized Bed-Sleeps up to 2 people Very Comfortably.
3.) Living Room...HUGE Couch/Lounger with FULL Sized pull out bed. Sleeps up to 2 people.

The Master bedroom is ample in size and is located on the west side of the home. Features a Very Comfortable King Size bed, 55" HD Flat Panel TV with AMAZON fire stick and has access to Amazon Prime as well as any other Apps you and your family like to use at home and during your stay, Dresser and Nightstands, Sitting area, Large Closet, Wood floors and a Sliding Glass door that leads directly to the HUGE Screen Enclosed porch overlooking the backyard/pool.

The other Guest Bedroom Has a Very Comfortable QUEEN Sized Bed and has a 43" HD Flat Panel TV which also Has an Amazon Fire Stick and access to Amazon Prime as well as any other Apps you and your family like to use at home and during your stay.

Home also has FREE WiFi with an EERO Mesh Router so you have great Wifi Connection throughout the entire house so checking in on Work or Employees or letting the kids connect and use their Gadgets without dead spots will make everyone happy. Even reaches outside!

Home is also stocked with just about everything you may need for your stay including a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, glassware, and cups, Keurig Coffee maker (please bring your own K-cups) , toaster, Blender, microwave, dishwasher, knives, forks, and pots/pans.

There's an on site laundry area with washer and a front load dryer as well as Laundry Detergent and cleaning supplies.

There's even an ALEXA on Site for you to use to get any news, get any of your questions answered, or can play some of your favorite music right from the living room.

Pool Deck area is Very LARGE and "Invites" you in and really has a "Florida" feel to it. The Adirondack Chairs are there to kick back in and watch the kids or your guests play in the pool. There is a Custom built Charcoal Grill Station as well as a Fire Pit in the yard, Cornhole Set on Site, an assortment of books, as well as several Board games for everyone to use which helps keep everyone entertained, engaged and having fun.

Home is also Centrally located to EVERYTHING including a Walmart Supercenter less than 12 min. Away, Grocery Stores, any type of Restaurant and Bar you can imagine, even has a Gas Station/Convenience Store within walking distance from the property.

Short 30-35 Minute Drive to Tampa International Airport or even shorter 25 minute Drive to St. Pete/Clearwater International Airport.

*Standard nightly House rates are based on Double occupancy per bedroom (4 People) at no additional cost. Additional guest fees apply to parties of 5 or more guests. House Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.

*PLEASE NOTE: Pool is not heated but does stay warm in the summer months.

*Pets Are Allowed (prior approval and $29 per night/per pet fee required upon approval)

*PARKING up to 4 cars allowed at the home but please park on the concrete portion of the driveway only. Please do not let vehicles extend into the street or the neighbors driveway.

*Rental amount can be broken down into up to Three (3) payments for stays longer than 7 + days and booked at least 30 days out from the check-in date for your convenience. Please Contact Owner if payment plan is necessary. Allowed on a case by case basis with Owner approval.

Please note: The home is equipped with exterior security cameras (only). There are 3 cameras one outside by the pool, one at each of the other entrances to the home. This is to protect our guests and our property as well as aid in the contactless self check-in and check-out process for our guests.

Please note: We do not allow smoking inside the home. We do allow smoking on the patio/porch and all outside areas. However, you must keep the sliding glass door closed at all times. If the home has the odor of smoke inside the home upon your departure you will be charged an additional $300 cleaning fee for the odor removal.

Please note: We do provide supplies for the beach to include: 1 beach tent, 4 beach chairs and a cooler.
