We really enjoyed the house. It was very accommodating to our large family. The kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of dishes and cookware. The floors were sandy when we arrived but that's pretty typical of Florida. No worries there we know how to sweep. I would stay here again.

When we first arrived, we noticed the hot tub water level was below the jets, and the water was extremely cloudy and dirty. We added water, hoping it would help, but the cloudiness remained.The pool also had piles of dirt collected in each corner. Our kids were excited to swim, so we let them use it despite its condition. A couple of days later, we contacted the pool maintenance person. He told us he had serviced the pool on the Saturday we arrived and said the dirt was due to pollen. However, when I told him about the cloudy hot tub, he seemed surprised. He drained it completely and refilled it so we could finally use it.We also experienced several plumbing issues. You cannot run the washing machine and wash dishes at the same time because water backs up into both sides of the kitchen sink. We discovered this while washing clothes and preparing food. We had just rinsed vegetables when the sink filled with dirty water from the washing machine.The hot water is fanikiye. Pray no one flushes the toilet when you are in there. My son was burned from showering while someone else was using the bathroom. It hard to find the balance on the water for sure. There are open plugs on the walls. We had to watch the kids closely due to wire being exposed. The ice machine get clogged in the refrigerator too. So keep the ice trays filled if you want ice. There are a lot of ants at this property so secure your sugar in the refrigerator or in a bag. We learned this the first night. During

We found and repaired the leak in the hot tub tubing, and continue to have the pool and hot tub serviced before guest arrivals. Additionally, we have replaced the missing outlet cover and had the pest control person set extra ant traps alongside our regular monthly pest control treatments. We will look into putting a note not to use the dishwasher and washing machine at the same time.

Had a blast!

This was such a great vacation rental. There was plenty of sleeping arrangements for our family of 7. So many extras were provided to minimize packing. The best part was the pool and hot tub! The kids had an absolute blast!!! Also very close to everything. Would highly recommend.

The house on Harbor place was exactly what we needed. It is clean, welcoming and easy to stay at. The beds are comfortable, lots of blankets is needed. The pool and hot tub were great.

We used a professional photographer so we can be sure the listing accurately portrays the character of the home.– The beds in the second bedroom are just two years old, and there’s a brand-new mattress on the pull-out couch to offer guests more flexibility. We understand mattress comfort is a personal preference, and we’re always looking for ways to accommodate a variety of sleep styles. The bathroom vanities have also been recently updated. One was just replaced this spring, and the other features a modern undermount sink with a granite countertop.– Thanks for noting the ice maker and drain. This house is located close to our son. We enjoyed family time together. Our grandchildren loved the pool.The house provided adequate dishes and utensils.We would suggest a floor mat by the sliding door to lanai and maybe an absorbent one outside of sliding door.
