Attractive leisure activities in the vicinity: Ostseefernradweg of Zierow direction Boltenhagen or Wismar. Horseback riding 200 m. 18-hole golf course in Hohen Wieschendorf 6 km. Hanseatic city Wismar with adventure bath 'Wonnemar' 8 km. Ostseebad Boltenhagen 17 km.

House: Very nice holiday home with woodburning stove. Comfortable semi-detached house with plenty of space. Very tasteful, quality furniture. Washing machine. Central heating. Non smoking house. Terrace with umbrella, seating, loungers, barbecue. Large, fenced garden (200 sqm) with garden shed for bicycles. Another terrace in front of the house with comfortable lounge furniture. 2 parking spaces. 1 wagon available. Wi-Fi available.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Lage und Ausstattung sind prima. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, klein, aber sehr gepflegt und fĂŒr kleine Kinder toll geeignet (Ostsee halt) mit schönem Spielplatz daneben. Einkaufen ist mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell erledigt. BĂ€der und KĂŒche gepflegt. Die Treppen innen sind fĂŒr kleine Kinder und Ă€ltere Menschen nicht empfehlenswert (steil und Handlauf nur innen), da muss man höllisch aufpassen, selbst mit Kindern die mit Treppen aufgewachsen sind.

Entspannte Zeit

Wir hatten GlĂŒck zu der Zeit, relativ spontan, eine so schöne Unterkunft zu finden. Es hat alles gepasst. Auch unser Hund hat sich sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Lage und Umgebung laden zum Entspannen ein. Wie immer ist Urlaub zu kurz. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank und viele GrĂŒĂŸe

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Gegend

... und dies in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Strand (ca. 1km). Wenn es etwas zu meckern gibt, dann kann zumindest anteilig der Vermieter nichts dafĂŒr... Zierow scheint gefĂŒhlt von der MobilfunkkonektivitĂ€t abgeschnitten zu sein. Aber dafĂŒr kann ja der Vermieter, mit dem die Kommunikation TOP lief, nichts. Einziger kleiner Wehmutstropfen ist die im 21. Jahrhundert fĂŒr heutige VerhĂ€ltnisse sehr schwache Internet Anbindung im Haus. Gerade wenn man heute mit Teenagern bzw. Kindern unterwegs ist, sollte etwas mehr Bandbreite zur VerfĂŒgung stehen. Der Auftenthalt war trotzdem zu 99,9 % ein voller Erfolg. DANKE ;-)

Schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee

Sehr netter Vermieter, der bei einem technischen Problem mit dem TV sehr schnell auf unsere Anfrage geantwortet und auch reagiert hat. Das war absolut TOP. Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in einer Siedlung, ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Leider gibt es diesen kleinen Laden in direkter Nachbarschaft nicht mehr (ist jetzt eine Eisdiele). Brötchen (und auch ein paar andere Sachen) gibt es aber im Laden des naheliegenden Campingplatzes, ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Gegend. Die Wohnung teils, teils.

Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch leider nicht sauber. Die Reinigungskosten hĂ€tten wir selbst bekommen mĂŒssten, weil wir zuerst mit putzen beschĂ€ftigt waren. Sonst bietet die Wohnung alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist schön, jedoch 7 Fussminuten zum Strand reichen nicht, eher das doppelte.

Wir haben hier den Jahreswechsel 2019/2020 verbracht. Das Ferienhaus hat uns soweit gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Von Zierow aus, war alles gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns im Ganzen wohlgefĂŒhlt. Unzufrieden waren wir mit der Hausverwaltung, welche das Objekt vor Ort betreute. Es gab Probleme bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe. Man hat uns, trotz vorherigen Anruf zur Ankunft, warten lassen. Die MĂŒlltonnen hinterm Haus waren bereits bei unserer Ankunft ĂŒbervoll. Sie wurden wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht zur Abfuhr bereitsgestellt. Wir wußten nach einer Woche nicht mehr wohin mit dem MĂŒll. Aus diesem Grund bekommt dieses doch schöne Haus mit guter Lage nur 3 Sterne von 5 Sternen.

Schönes Ferienhaus!

Schöne Lage in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Meer. Das Haus war wirklich sauber und gut Ausgestattet. Das Ferienhaus ist wie auf den Bilder gezeigt. Im Umkreis von einer Stunde kann man wahnsinnig viel Erkunden und ist somit ein toller Startpunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge.

Kurzurlaub

Wir konnten schön entspannen in dem Haus und konnten mit dem Auto viele tolle Orte besuchen, die alle nicht weit weg waren. Das Haus ist einfach gebaut, aber gut ausgestattet und gemĂŒtlich. Auch unserem Hund hat es im eingezĂ€unten Garten und am naheliegenden Strand gefallen.

Traumhaft schön

Ein sehr gepflegtes und modernes Haus. Top ausgestattet, sehr schöne Lage, nur wenige hundert Meter zum Strand. Bis Wismar sind es auch nur 4 Kilometer. Eine Besonderheit: Ein Milchtankstelle fĂŒr dem Dorf. GrundstĂŒck ist eingezĂ€unt, daher konnte unser kleiner Cesar Hund auch in den Garten gehen... Das Haus ist auch ideal fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern, da es zwei seperate Schlafzimmer gibt und dazu noch 2 BĂ€der. Weiterhin ist positiv zu vermerkten das im Schuppen ein Grill steht, den wir leider nicht genutzte haben (wegen dem Wetter). Und eine Bollerwagen ist auch vorhanden. Spielzeug ist im Schuppen auch vorhanden, welches wir durch eine SchĂŒppe (am Strand gefunden) erweitert haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Herzlichen Dank. P.S.: Ein GĂ€stebuch wĂ€re schön. P.P.S.: W Lan ist vorhanden, konnten wir aber nicht nutzen, da wir kein Passwort hatten - und das tolle ist - es ging auch eine Woche ohne Internet! :) Hatte also auch etwas gutes! Vielen Dank

Einfach toll

Wir sind heute schweren Herzens wieder nach Hause gefahren. Das Haus hat uns super gefallen. Es war alles so, wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Top Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Ein sehr schönes, junges Feriendomizil in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zur Ostsee. Einzig der schlechte Handyempfang in Zierow (wozu der Vermieter natĂŒrlich nichts kann) und das dazu fehlende W-Lan können ein bisschen störend sein. DafĂŒr hat man aber Erholung Pur in sehr ruhiger Umgebung abseits des Alltagstresses, mit vielen kleinen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung! Man kann das Ferienhaus Wellenreiter also mit ruhigem Gewissen Weiterempfehlen!

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Sehr gemĂŒtlich, gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Das Haus war fĂŒr uns und unsere drei Kinder angenehm groß und gerĂ€umig. Die NĂ€he zum Strand mit schönem Spielplatz und Kiosk mit Minigolf war gerade fĂŒr die Kids fantastisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das nicht vorhandene WLAN. Trotzdem gibt es von uns alle fĂŒnf Sterne fĂŒr das wirklich schöne Ferienhaus.

Schöner Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund

Ein schönes Haus in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt haben. Die Ausstattung ist genau wie beschrieben, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter super nett und auch fĂŒr Fragen immer ansprechbar. Das Haus ist in jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen. FĂŒr Hunde gut geeignet, weil alles eingezĂ€unt ist und Kinder werden in dem Wohngebiet sicher immer Spielkameraden finden.

Ostern an der Ostsee

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben unser Osterfest in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. In der NĂ€he ist direkt am Strand ein toller Kinderspielplatz und Wismar - ca. 6 km entfernt - ist auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Erholsame Tage mit Hund

Wir haben im MĂ€rz bei ersten Sonnenstrahlen, langen SpaziergĂ€ngen am nahegelegenen Strand und einem wirklich tollen Haus erholsame Tage mit unserer französischen Bulldogge erlebt. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist an dieser Stelle die sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Modern und gemĂŒtlich :)

Ein schönes, neu gebautes, modern eingerichtetes Haus mit gemĂŒtlichem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und genug Platz. Auch der Garten lĂ€dt sicherlich im Sommer ein. Wir haben uns mit unseren Freunden wohlgefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank!
