About this property

Vacation home at Lake Trams

Come visit us in beautiful Mecklenburg. We’re located in the Sternberg Lake District, about 15 minutes from the Baltic Sea and halfway between the Hanseatic city of Wismar (15 min.) and the state capital of Schwerin (20 min.).
Here, you can relax and leave the stress of everyday life behind. Our holiday home is located right on Lake Tramser; the swimming area is just 20 metres away. Here, you can enjoy the excellent water quality while swimming, go fishing for the numerous freshwater fish, or take a boat ride in our own rowing boat. The lower level of our holiday home has been built to be barrier-free, making it possible to bring along all family members—whether seniors, people with mobility challenges, or wheelchair users.
Outside the holiday home, you’ll find a hot tub that accommodates up to 4 people, as well as a sauna. Our holiday home features 4 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. If you’d like to go fishing, please feel free to contact us—we can arrange for various boats, motors, and fish finders, and we’re happy to share tips and tricks (including for other bodies of water). We also offer SUP boards so you can explore our lake district. Our accommodation is intended solely for relaxation; party-goers are expressly not welcome.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar, die Einrichtung top. Die Betten könnten ein wenig breiter sein und anders stehen. So muss einer über den andren klettern. Wir finden es schade das Wasser auch noch extra abgerechnet wird, bei dem Strom kann ich es noch nachvollziehen wegen der Sauna und dem Whirlpool. Auch unser Hund hat sich dort wohlgefühlt. Alles in alles war aller okay.

Eine Woche mit 11 Familienmitgliedern davon 5 Kindern war ein echt tolles Erlebnis. Der Wirlpool wurde von den Kindern täglich in Beschlag genommen und wir Erwachsenen haben den herrlichen Ausblick auf den See mit toller Badestelle, Angelsteg und Ruderausflug genossen. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt, sodass wir überlegen nächstes Jahr noch einmal zu kommen.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus, ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen (bis zu 12, aber dann schläft einer im Wohnzimmer, und es gibt ein Zimmer mit 5 Schlafplätzen - da muss man sich natürlich sehr gut verstehen ). Ansonsten alles absolut neuwertig und gepflegt, See ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Man braucht aber schon Fahrzeuge, denn in dem Ort gibt es nichts. Wir hatten trotz viel Regen ein paar schöne Tage.

Alles wie auf dem Buchungsportal beschrieben und noch ein bisschen besser. Der Aufbau einer Feriensiedlung im näheren Umfeld ist etwas störend, ist aber zu ertragen. Die Gastgeber sind absolut top, sehr bemüht und helfen wo Sie können. Wir buchen gerne wieder.

Eine schönes Fleckchen Erde

Wir waren 9 Erwachsene mit Baby und Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets super. Auch für Angler ist das objekt ein Traum. Der Zugang zum see ist ein katzensprung und sehr gepflegt.

Tolles Objekt

Moin, Danke an die lieben Gastgeber! Das Objekt hat echt viele Raffinessen. Sauna, Whirlpool und reichlich Platz und ein eigenes Boot. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in einem absolut neuwertigen Objekt. Minimal getrübt war unsere Reise nur durch die anliegende Baustelle, die sicherlich bald beendet sein wird. Insgesamt bleibt festzuhalten, dass wir nichts wirklich vermisst haben, außer einen Schneebesen ;) wir würden gern wieder kommen. LG Ch. Schmidt

Schönes Objekt

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Es liegt in einem Neubaugebiet, in dem aktuell rundherum an weiteren Ferienhäusern und Einfamilienhäusern gebaut wird. Dementsprechend war es häufig schon früh am Morgen laut (Sägen, Baufahrzeuge...) Das war ein dicker Wermutstropfen für uns. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das im Vorfeld kommuniziert würde. Im nächsten Sommer sieht es da sicherlich schon ganz anders aus. Der Strand war angenehm und nicht überlaufen. Das zum Haus gehörende Ruderboot war sehr gut und es gab auf Bestellung sogar Echolot und Elektromotor dazu. Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist schnell an der Ostsee und in einigen größeren Städten. Bis zum nächsten Bäcker bzw. Supermarkt sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
