The Villa "Stay" has five bedrooms (one with extra sofa bed), four bathrooms, a large living room, lounge area with additional sleeping for two people, dining room, kitchen and adjoining terrace with barbecue. Maximum occupancy 12th

The 2000 sqm large park-like garden with a pond and access to the river (fly fishing) offers diverse areas and levels with various seating areas.

The Baroque pavilion located on the property dates back to the 1760th He acted as a garden shed of scale on this side of the river Scheibler gardens.

The parking situation is very limited in the old town of Monschau. Fortunately, our guests two private parking spaces at 150 meters for free. For loading and unloading can be driven directly to the house.

The direct flow situation children should not play unsupervised.
