Enjoy your escape vacation at our villa in Barrington Park which is located in beautiful Leamington. This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath villa has has been wonderfully renovated to create a perfect beach getaway . New flooring, new furniture, new bathrooms and newly updated kitchen. This unit also includes pull out Queen size couch in the living room with matching loveseat, a 50" smart flat-screened TV and a work area desk for your computer. A quartz bar separates the living area from the fully-equipped kitchen which adjoins a dining area with seating for 4. Off of the hallway leading to the master bedroom is a large updated half-bath across from which is the stacked washer and dryer area. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart TV with cable, and a large designer walk-in closet. A completely renovated ensuite bath with a fully tiled walk-in shower. A private balcony looks onto the lagoon with a fountain and is a serene area for your morning cup of coffee.
Located within gated Palmetto Dunes, this tropical island setting hosts a large beach front and seasonally heated pool.b A walk around the pool area and over a boardwalk will lead you to the beach. The miles of beaches and convenient bike paths provide additional enjoyment. The villa is a quick five minute walk to the best beaches on the East Coast. The mid island location is minutes away from three top-rated golf courses, world class tennis and pickle ball courts and numerous restaurants .

Fabulous condo!

Paul’s Condo was perfect for our week at Hilton Head. Loved the location which was walking distance to the pool and beach. The condo was very cozy to relax in after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the bike trails which were right outside the condo. Paul was very communicative and gave great restaurant recommendations. We had a perfect time and hope to stay again.

Excellent Unit and Complex

Completely refurbished unit was like brand new. Very clean, comfortable with a nice deck with lagoon view. Kitchen was new and well equipped. Short walk to the amazing beach. Palmetto Dunes and Barrington Park 604 are excellent choices for a HHI vacation.
