(CLEANING POLICY Providing a clean condo for our guests has always a priority... now more than ever! Our cleaning company, Hilton Head Cleaning, uses state-of-the-art technology to help clean & disinfect homes/businesses throughout Hilton Head. This electrostatic spraying technology works by charging disinfecting liquids as they pass through a sprayer nozzle. This generates charged droplets that repel one another and actively seek out environmental surfaces, which they stick to and even wrap around to coat all sides. This innovative one-step disinfecting solution is safe, environmental friendly, and EPA approved. You can stay at our condo with peace of mind/assurance that we have your safety in mind.)

Our luxury Condo is located in the beautiful Oceanfront Villamare Complex. This condo is conveniently located close to the pool, beach, and fitness room and is loaded with every comfort of home! We have many happy guests who return every year! Check out our photos for the gorgeous Villamare updates that have been completed for the 2024 season.... including a second pool/hot tub! ***Note: due to popular demand, we replaced our regular couch with a comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa on 6/2/23.***

Features :
*French doors open to a master with one king-size bed. Our second bedroom features two queen-size beds.

*We have two full bathrooms with an extra large soaking tub in the master. Each bathroom has attached blow dryers; an iron and ironing board are available for use.

**All linens and towels are provided.

*Three TVs.

*Balconies with partial views.

*Our dining room table seats six plus two bar stools at the counter. Our kitchen is fully equipped. We have a regular coffee pot+Kuerig, washer and dryer.

*A pack-n-play is available; arrangements for high chair upon request.



Our Condo is updated, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It is light and airy with the South Carolina sun peaking in through the bay window. It perfectly accommodates couples, friends traveling together, and/or families. We do have a keyless entry lock so you won't have to worry about "who has the key?!" and we do have wireless internet.

We love the convenience of being able to quickly come and go from the beach! Why rent close to the beach when you can stay at a complex ON the beach?!

We own this unit only so it receives our full attention. We are particular about cleanliness and employ a reputable cleaning company to ensure your complete satisfaction. A complete spring cleaning has been completed and we are ready for our rental season!

You will also be impressed with the Villamare Complex! The grounds of Villamare are gorgeous-they are lush, landscaped with tropical plants including ponds and fountains throughout. It has an exercise facility with an indoor heated pool (and jacuzzi) in addition to the 2 beautiful oceanside pools (and hot tubs).

This is strictly a non-smoking unit. Although we also love our four-legged family member, no pets of any type are permitted in consideration of our guests with sensitive allergies.

Please be advised that Villamare is located within the gated portion of Palmetto Dunes. Also, there is a one time parking pass fee associated per vehicle, payable directly to Palmetto Dunes upon arrival.

We had another amazing stay at our favorite condo in Villamare. Tammy is wonderful to work with. Zero issues, gorgeous new pools and hot tubs. Perfect floor plan condo for parents and teens. Fabulous Hilton Head Beach Property

Great location. This home was super clean, large bedrooms and balconies, easy access to get in. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and very nice towels to boot. The grounds were amazingly beautiful. Two great pools and two hot tubs, bbq's with table near by and most importantly to us an easy walk to the beach. Literally like 3 to 4 minutes. There is so much to do here. Bike riding, swimming in the ocean or pool, golf, kayaking, shopping, nature walks and great restaurants. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Tammy for such a great place to spend out vacation.

Short Time But Great Trip

While this condo is not beach front nor does it have a beach view it is only steps away from the beach. I was grateful that we were that close to the beach and the pool. The kids loved the beach and the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a balcony. There were 6 of us and the living space was sufficient. We did not have any problems during our stay and if the opportunity arises we would stay in this condo again.

Owner should get a new cleaning service and fix numerous “little” things. Time to spend on some fix up and updates. Property and pool area were excellent and proximity to beach was awesome.

Hilton Head getaway

This is a wonderful property, great location to everything we like to do. Beach is an easy walk, nice pool, pickleball down the street as well as golf. The condo has everything we needed, it was very comfortable. If you want the coffee maker it is under the kitchen sink,, so you can swap it out with the Keurig. We will rent again, the owners are very communicative and want to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much.

Our stay was perfect. We have stayed at VM many times, & have always enjoyed our time. Our only concern/suggestion about the complex( not our unit) is that there is no recycling. Visitors used to be be able to use the H H Island facility, but now you have to be a resident. Even with only 2 of us, the amount of trash we put down the chute was upsetting. can't rate the property mngr, as we had no communication with him/her.

Week at HHI

Our family was very satisfied with Tammy and Jeff’s condo in Villamare at Hilton Head. Their place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Tammy responded immediately when we had an issue with the air conditioning. The lower level location of the unit we found to be convenient to access everything around the property and to our vehicles parked in a garage a short distance away. We would recommend this unit to anyone visiting HHI.

Nice unit in Wonderful location

Clean spacious unit in a great location. Only issue we had was an inaccurate description in the listing stating there is a sleeper sofa, which we fully intended to use. After contacting the owner, we were told it was due to a mistake from VRBO and they would update the listing - as of today it is still showing on the listing. There was a queen blowup, as listed, but the only place to put this is in the king bedroom, by moving the bed and cramming the blow up between the tub and bed….made getting in and out of those two “beds” quite a challenge each night. Other than that, we did enjoy the unit and stay at this complex.

Awesome spot and community

This condo is in an awesome spot centrally located in HHI that creates easy access to activities, sites, and restaurants across the island. The write-up online provides a accurate description of the grounds and unit details ability to handle up to eight people comfortable. The unit is well furnished, kitchen is fully stocked, and located towards the beach side of the complex that allows for easy access to the beach, pools, and hot tubs. The recent addition of another beach front pool and hot tub for adults was a great upgrade. It is also located in a gated community within walking distance to bike rentals and the General Store. My wife and I stayed for five nights while another couple joined us for a few. We enjoyed the RBC tournament, beach, pools, and had no problems preparing most of our meals in the unit so we could enjoy all that the complex has to offer. Tammy was very responsive to all questions about the condo and community in addition to providing recommendations for other needs/activities in the area. I would recommend this unit and would love to plan a return visit and some point in the future. It's a Great Location and a Great Find!....Keith

Family vacation 2022

This was our second year vacationing at Villamare and we love the complex. The grounds are well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. It is a very short walk to the pool and beach. The condo was decorated in a beach vibe and was very welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from pots and pans to utensils, and casserole dishes. The only reason I did not give this review 5 stars is because the description of the condo listing online was not accurate. We had 5 adults and 2 children vacationing with us and when I booked the room I wanted to make sure everyone had a bed to sleep in. The condo listed one king bed, 2 queen beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa, but the sofa was not a sleeper sofa. When I contacted Tammy, the owner, she was quick to respond and confirmed that there was no sleeper sofa. Tammy explained that they had opted to remove the sleeper sofa and replace it with a more comfortable couch, and that they had a queen sized inflatable mattress instead. Although the condo was perfect in every way, other than having a sleeper sofa, I would not have rented the condo knowing that 1 of our adult family members would have to either sleep on the couch or on and inflatable mattress on the floor.

Condo Review

We wanted to thank you for renting your unit to our family. It was beautiful and spotless upon our arrival. Our two sons (ages 22 and 18) shared one bedroom and our daughter (age 16) used the blow-up mattress. The mattress is very high quality and was easy to blow up every evening and store during the day. She was very comfortable. We enjoyed the large master suite. The amenities you have in the condo were wonderful. The view from the condo was a pleasant surprise - it was nice to have breakfast on the balcony and look out over the ocean. We would highly recommend your condo and we would rent your unit again. We especially wanted to thank you for your restaurant recommendations - the food was delicious. Our favorites were Bullies BBQ (we ordered out twice after a long day at the beach) and Hudson's Seafood. This was our first time at Hilton Head Island and we all enjoyed the visit. Great property steps from the beach!

This is a modern, well maintained villa in a nice development with ideal beach access. We brought the whole family and there was something for everyone—-beach, pool, bike trails, or just chilling in the spacious villa. We have stayed at Villamare for several years and certainly would stay in this unit again.

Why they chose this property

Years ago, we were in your position: pouring over seemingly thousands of vrbo listings trying to find the perfect place to stay during our Hilton Head vacation! We stayed in #3128 and loved it so much we bought from its former owner! We had looked at many Villamare units for sale but truly preferred the convenient location and the decor of this unit with its cool color pallette and beachy feel.

We have made every effort to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests while staying in our unit. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, we have premium mattresses on our beds, and we employ a reputable, cleaning company that wants you to be absolutely impressed with the cleanliness of our unit.
