Max Occupancy Rules: Please ensure you do not exceed the 8 guests occupancy rule or each additional guest will be charged $50 for a stay 4 days or less and $100/guest for stays of 5 days or more.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE *** Balcony restoration work IS COMPLETED on our side (N, NE, and NW facing sides) of the building. The other side (S, SE and SW facing side) of the building will have work done as the balcony restoration project continues. As such, guests should experience minimal noise levels on our side of the building but the other side will be affected depending on the type of balcony restoration work being performed. Overall completion of entire building is expected to be sometime in 2026.

A 20 minute drive to the historic Ponce de Leon Lighthouse and about 7 miles to Daytona International Speedway. Some additional nearby attractions include 60 miles to Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios, and just a 45 minute drive to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. Home as well to year long famous Daytona special area events such as Daytona 500, (2) Bike weeks, Truck Week, Daytona Rock Concert and more.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Blinds pulled shut and closed during April - Oct months. Set thermostat to 78F.
Blinds pulled closed but slats open during winter months Nov - Mar and thermostat set to 68F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Service animals performing tasks under the persons with disabilities (ADA) are allowed. ESA and therapy pets with documentation pay a $150 pet fee.
