There is a table and 4 chairs if you would like to enjoy some beverages in the Florida sunshine.

Directly adjacent to living room is the open dining area with a wooden table and chairs to comfortably sleep six. The kitchen is just steps away, so serving those delicious meals is a breeze. The open kitchen has been nicely updated with granite countertops, maple cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need during your stay. The breakfast bar and two stools are perfect for some quick lunches or snacks between your vacation activities and time spent down at the beach.

When you are ready to retire for the day, the bedrooms are ready for a soothing sleep. The primary bedroom is host to a king bed, flat-screen TV and large dresser for your personals. The second bathroom is perfect for your additional guests with a combination bath/shower. This home also features a washer and dryer located inside the condo so feel free to pack light!

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
