Excellent Stay!

Very friendly and responsive hosts. Spacious and comfortable house. Great location, close to the beach and nearby supermarket/restaurants. Our family had a wonderful time, we'd love to come back in the future!

Notre impression est très bonne, surtout le contact avec le propriétaire,très compréhensif... La propreté des lieux,des poussières chambres (placard) mezzanine coin jeux et bureau et qques toiles d'araignées (montée escalier).. coin jardin le toboggan n'est pas fixé et vis apparentes rouillées...a part ça c'est une maison très agréable à vivre ,il y a tout ce qu'il faut..même les lits sont prêts,ce qui n'est pas négligeable quand on arrive d'un long voyage....

La maison est très propre et accueillante, riche de son passé et de sa vie familiale. L'accès wifi est parfois aléatoire, mais nous ne sommes vraiment pas venus pour cela, et les plages alentour sont souvent quasi désertes et absolument magnifiques.

Super séjour à deux pas de Port Fontaine

Maison très bien placée, très proche du centre de Lomener, du supermarché et de la plage de Port Fontaine. Très bien équipée en intérieur et en extérieur. BBQ très efficace. Super équipements pour enfant: balançoire, toboggan, table et jeux intérieurs et extérieurs. Bémol sur la gestion du portail coulissant. il faut le laisser en position ouverte mode piéton. Une ouverture extérieure par code serait adéquate. Attention à la vigilance de l’équipe de nettoyage: à l’arrivée il manquait 2 kits de serviettes de toilette sur 8, les torchons et du papier toilette. Problème vite résolu. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Vacances ressourçantes

A deux pas de la mer pour des balade le long du littoral. Centre ville à côté et maison propre avec jardin pour des petits barbecues bien agréable. J'en ai oublié le boulot et c'est très rare. Merci à Florence et Phillipe que nous n'avons pas vu mais disponible par téléphone en cas de soucis.

Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht bzw. übertrifft in jedem Detail der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr groß, sehr sauber ,überdurchschnittlich eingerichtet und mit viel Zusatzausstattung versehen. Das betrifft die Fahrräder, Ausrüstung für den Strand, viele Spielsachen für alle Altersgruppen im Gebäude, viele Bücher (auf französisch). Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Kurze Wege zu mehreren wirklich schönen Stränden, ein Supermarkt um die Ecke, viele gute Restaurants und 2 Bäckereien (allerdings eher mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen). Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und das Haus bleibt uns in bester Erinnerung. Anmerkung zu einer Rezession: das Gartentor ist nun elektrisch betrieben und funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgt auf englisch und war immer problemlos und hilfsbereit. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos - d.h. man ist völlig flexibel in der Anreise.

Sommer 2022

Ein wirklich toll gelegenes, sehr sauberes Haus! Die Beschreibung und die bilder entsprechen der Realität. Es gibt zwei unterschiedliche Außenbereiche, sodass ein Schattenplatz immer zu finden ist. Unsere Fahrräder und das SUP fanden in der Garage genügend Platz. Auch die Möglichkeit, die Waschmaschine zu nutzen, war prima (die Maschine könnte allerdings mal eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen!) Für den recht hohen Mietpreis hätten wir uns ein funktionierendes Tor gewünscht, das manuelle Schieben war teilweise recht mühsam. Auch Fliegengitter in den Schlafbereichen sollten bei dem Preis drin sein. Der Strand ist nur eine Straße weiter. Intermarché fußläufig und auch eine Boulangerie gut zu erreichen. Der kleine Hafen ist abends sehr charmant. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
