On a single level, the rooms of the Villa follow one another: the entrance opens onto a beautiful double living room, facing south and revealing through 3 wide doors windows the terrace of full foot and the garden without opposite . The living room with a nice sofa welcomes you with multimedia quality (flat screen TV 42 ', DVD, box WIFI). An open kitchen fully equipped and very recent will facilitate the culinary activities and delight the finest gourmet: oven, ceramic hob, hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee & nespresso, kettle, toaster ....

The 3 bedrooms offer quality bedding for restful nights. 2 bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third has 2 single beds.

The bathroom offers a double sink, a large shower (110x80) lit naturally, and a towel dryer.

Finally, a laundry room with washing machine and drying rack is accessible on the lower floor.

A GREEN FRAME AND VERY QUIET 200M FROM THE SEA

You will enjoy a bright and green environment thanks to our garden of 500m2, where the hydrangeas bring a nice touch of colors. The mild climate allows a set of palm trees to flourish at the foot of the Villa.

The Villa is in a quiet environment, while being in the center of Pouldu, adjoining the tourist attractions. Protected from neighborhood nuisances, the villa is separate from other houses around.

As for the beaches, there is something for everyone: windy for the followers of the rollers or calm for the wisest, the 3 beaches are available to you on foot and one passes from one to the other by overlooking magnificent creeks along the coastal path .... until discovering the small fishing port of low Pouldu at the mouth of the Laita and enjoy a sumptuous seafood platter!

The most athletic can go hiking or rent bikes 600m from the Villa (rental by the hour / day / week).
