Ocean Front Condo at Oceanvista Towers with Gorgeous Ocean Views

Imagine waking to the sound of the surf and being able to lay in the king size bed and watch the waves. This property has gorgeous views of the beach from all rooms other than the guest bedroom.

The master suite with king size Tempur- Pedic mattress, Is very large and opulent from the walk-in closet, double sink vanity with quartz countertops, the heated towel rack, jacuzzi brand jetted tub. The guest bath has quartz countertop and multi head shower. The balcony overlooks the beach and pool, and opens to both the master and the living with floor to ceiling glass.

Kitchen is gorgeous with its quartz countertop.

This unit is on the 2nd floor and easily accessed from either the elevator or stairs. Very easy access to the beach with the boardwalk.

The kitchen is spacious, beautiful and well appointed with quarz counters and every luxury such as, large side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, convection oven/range, Microwave, full size washer/dryer in a separate laundry room, and a large pantry.

The family room has brand new sectional with 2 recliners built in.with and with a brand new 65' Flat Screen TV, Digital Cable, HBO, Blue Ray and a floating shelf below the TV.

There is plenty for the family to do on site with tennis court, a heated wading pool, a large unheated pool. Children's and a playground. Beach water park is 1.8 miles south of the condo(open seasonally). Boat and jet ski rental are two blocks away. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. There is cable on the three TVs, and high speed WI-FI are included.

We are a Non-smoking property, smoking in the premises will result in forfeit of the security deposit

Great location! The beach was great, and we enjoyed our time overall. The condo was cute and partly remodeled, but it still needs some attention. The jacuzzi did not work for us, and neither did the outlets in the main bathroom.

Great Condo; Great location

Give this condo a try! It was wonderful! It was updated, clean and well stocked. We would definitely return to this condo for future visits if available. The owners were super quick to respond to any questions we had before and while we were at the property and they were also very friendly. Short 5 minute walk to the Blue Marlin grocery store. No problems finding an available parking spot at the condo. We give this condo 5 stars!

We loved our stay in this condo. It’s a perfect 2 bedroom/2 bath spacious condo. Beach vibes galore. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, glasses, bowl, dishes and anything you need. Washer and dryer for longer stays. Condo located in the beach and has a pool onsite. The hosts were great. No complaints. I would recommend renting!!

Wonderful experience, delightful stay!

It was everything we hoped it would be, and it was more than we expected. Very well appointed kitchen, wonderful view, convenient to most attractions. Great condo on the beach!

We had a wonderful time at SPI and the Ocean Vista condo we rented was perfect! Was clean, decorated nicely and the kitchen had everything we needed to do our own cooking. A short walk down the ramp to the beach and we were set! Had a great week with absolutely beautiful weather!

Excellent property and view of Gulf

Great support! When we arrived, there was little toilet paper and no paper towels. We contacted the owner (very nice to have a phone number) who was surprised that the cleaning service had not resupplied the items, but had them delivered the next day. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything one would want. There is a clear view of the Gulf from inside and a nice porch with chairs for a view outside. We intend to rent the property again in the future if it is available.

Exactly as described! Communication with owner was personal and very quick to respond! Everything you could possible need is in this beautiful condo. Three beach chairs and board games even. Only heads up you can NOT rent umbrella and chairs on beach with any rental company. They are not allowed to set up anywhere but where they have contracts on beach. That is the only negative thing for us. Will definitely be coming back.

Great family get away!

Our family of 6 throughly enjoyed this much needed vacation!! Robert and Geneva were very easy to work with their their home was very nice and comfortable!! The view from the balcony was perfect and the beach access was right in front of us. We had great weather so it was so nice to be out in the fresh air walking the beach (with our pups) or the enjoying the pool (with the kids). This vacation was exactly what our family needed after the stressful end of a crazy school year. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Beach mini Vacation with Gra dsons

Property and condo is well maintained. Location is on a nice section of the city beach with easy access and very nice walking ramp. Master bed was very nice guest rooms beds were a little too firms for the grandsons. Everything worked as was supposed to. Overall very nice trip.

Amazing Beach Views

The ease of renting this property was awesome. Owners kept in communication and supplied very detailed information, covering everything you can think of. The views from the condo were million dollar views, access to beach was truly spot on. The condo was clean and updated. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone and beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Great Condo A Few Feet Away From The Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was clean and spacious. It is a very short walk away from the beach. My family and I had a great time. There was an issue with the water being cut off due to a line break, but that was an issue with the city and not the condo itself. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to anyone looking to spend time at SPI.

Our condo was fabulous. Looking out the slider doors onto the ocean was next to heaven. We’ve never stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked. Everything you need and then some. It was very clean. Such a lovely place!

Thank you so much for your hospitality! We were left without a place due to another unit being sold and only had days to find a replacement for the same days and location and my entire family agreed that it was a fantastic upgrade! The beds were so comfortable, everything was incredibly well furnished from enough towels, kitchen gear and cleaning supplies to help with sand accumulation and even an iron we used last minute for some sun dresses we bought while there. Communication was super easy too! Thank you again for such a lovely visit!

Great stay at the beach!

We had a great time at South Padre Island! Our condo was outstanding and very well stocked. We loved being so close to the beach and the pool. The view from the balcony was really nice. The owners were extremely responsive when we submitted our request to rent and had questions. The bed in the master was very comfortable We may look into getting that kind of mattress on our bed at home! The two queen beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our son and his friend. They had plenty of room for all their stuff. We would definitely consider staying here again!
