Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this newly remodeled, fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and views of the beach. The guest bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds and has an adjoining bathroom. Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. The living room has all new furnishings and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite counter tops, full bar, and stainless steel appliances. Situated directly on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and then relaxing later on the balcony.
We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
**Up to 2 small pets up to 25 lbs with a pet cleaning fee. Pet size/limit are rules set forth by the Home Owners Association and enforced by the on-site Management and Staff.**

You are able of enjoy gorgeous sunrises in the morning and breathtaking sunsets in the evening from the bay side balconies. The complex features two swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court, children's adventure playset, cardio workout room, and gated parking for guests. The friendly, on-site management staff keeps everything in tip top shape.
