This was a fantastic home. Loved the easy access to the beach (located beside a public access so it’s easy to pull our beach wagon using the ramp). Very quiet area but we were there after Labor Day. Home smelled and appeared very clean. Carpets were nice. Pool was safe with kid locks and they lock them at Sun down each night. Everything we needed and more was available. Just had to bring all linens. Our code at check in didn’t work but the host was very responsive to get us in fast! If you are a hot natured person there is an extra fan in the master closet that helps cool down the west facing master bedroom in the evening. We loved it and look forward to visiting again! Great host, great location and nice home!

The place was perfect. We were there for a girls weekend. The weather was not cooperative so we are thankful for the beautiful place with the beach view! We’d go back in a minute.

Unit didn’t cool as well as it should. Average temp in the unit was 74-75 most of the week. The 2 back bedrooms are warmer than the rest of the unit. The host did send someone to check it and the filters were extremely dirty and needed changed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location to beach and pool is awesome. Although the pool does get crowded at times as it is shared by multiple other units. Unit is as it appears online. Kitchen is well equipped. I would stay here again.

This was a great location for our annual girls trip. Having a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning from the covered porch and the convenience of getting on and off the beach was great. The fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils) was very nice to make some of our own meals. While we understand the reason for having bring our own linens, it did take away a little convenience factor to plan around. All in all it was a great stay though and we would certainly stay again when in CB!

Great location.

Great location—just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and lots of fun shops and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed being able to park the car and explore everything on foot. The place had plenty of space for everyone in our group, which made for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great spot for a beach getaway!

This is a great location! Love the ease of getting to the beach and pool right off the back porch. However those with mobility issues can have a problem due to several steps. Furniture and beds were all comfortable and any questions were quickly answered.

Condo was nicely furnished and well supplied with kitchen equipment. Beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. We enjoyed a quiet New Years in Carolina Beach and really enjoyed the condo and beach steps away. Thanks!

Fantastic beachfront flat!

Wintertime weekend getaway, with family, this place was just perfect! There are large bedrooms (3 total) and one of them is perfect for kids. The view is wonderful, and the entire property is very nice and clean. The beach here is very accessible and large (but not overly so). Parking is easy, but could be tight for any oversized vehicles. Checkin and out is a breeze and the owner's quick to reply. We will be back.

Gone coastal

Property is as shown online. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds. Pool chairs not comfortable and pool is shared with 8 condos and got crowded at times. Pool was locked each night at 8 which I thought was a little early. Overall nice place and I would stay again.
