Come enjoy the beautiful views of the beach from the front balcony and the intercoastal waterway from the back balcony. Relax and spend time with friends and family in this family oriented unit and at the beach. The front balcony is great for sunning during the day and listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breezes in the evening with a cool drink in hand.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 sets of twin over full bunks. Makes a great kids room. My teenagers bring friends and always claim this room.

This was a nice place to stay.The only drawback was four flights of steep stairs. My elderly in-laws had great difficulty reaching the top. If steps are not a problem, you will enjoy it!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. Very spacious & clean. Had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The check in instructions were super thorough & easy to follow. The condo is conveniently located between two public beach accesses with a short walk. The views are AMAZING. The condo is also a short drive to shops, restaurants, the boardwalk, the aquarium. A clean and comfortable place to stay. We were traveling for my daughter's 13th birthday, so this was perfect for each adult to have her own room and then the bunk room for all the kids. Our family has always enjoyed the beach and the times that we get to spend together at the beach with friends. When our son and daughter were in middle/high school they were very active in sports and school activities, which limited the amount of time we could use the unit. When their and our schedules allow we used the unit every opportunity that we had. After our youngest went to college we decided to move to the beach and lived in the condo from 2016 until August 2017. We have now bought a house on Pleasure Island and will use the condo as overflow for friends and family when it's not rented. As you can tell we love the area and now call it home.

Why they chose this property

We love this location because it's an easy ride straight down I40E from Raleigh to Carolina Beach. We liked the views from the balconies which are great to sun on or relax in the evening and watch the sunsets. Our teenage kids enjoy bringing friends down and enjoying the beach. It's a nice family oriented beach and the kids come and go, between the beach and the pool as they like. The room with the 2 sets of bunk beds gives them convenient arrangement to bring friends.

What makes this property unique

The unit is 3 flights of steps from the beach with convenient beach storage located on the ground floor to store beach stuff. There is a full size pool with this property which we really enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pot & pans, and other utensils.
