Ocean view studio on the 24th floor (penthouse) of the Royale Palms, connected to Hilton. Updated with new LVP flooring, new beds, freshly painted and new art work. Enjoy Ocean views all the way to downtown Myrtle Beach. The sunset views are amazing! This is the perfect escape from day-in, day-out humdrum! Furnished with a king size bed and desk area, you'll also have a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and cream, microwave and small fridge and kitchenette. For an additional fee, this condo can be rented with Unit #2406 next door to create a 3 BED / 3 BATH combo for extra guests.
For our guests who like to play and explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. With all this, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality!

My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach to vacation for the past 25 years. It has always been our dream to one day own our own condo in a place that is so special to us. That dream finally came true in 2017.

Why they chose this property
Royale Palms has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.
It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal condo.

What makes this property unique
There is a large resort atmosphere with the attached Hilton amenities: Starbucks in the lobby, poolside food service and Tiki bar. Close to Barefoot Landing with additional restaurants and tourist and outlet shopping. Private owners pool available to our guests that book with us.
