Peaceful and Quiet Country Bliss

We had an easy check in process. Quick and friendly, responses from Host Rhonda. Rhonda made sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds! Nice back porch with BBQ. Loved watching the lamas, goats, chickens and rooster next door. Will be staying here again!

Quiet area away from everything.

This home is just as described. If you're looking to get away from the city and relax, this is the perfect place. Depending on your service provider, cell service can be a little tricky and just like any country location, gnats may gather around the kitchen especially if food is left around. There is a TV but I didn't find any channels or a DVD player in the home. The home has up to date appliances and central air. If you need to get away from the city or just like country living, this is the perfect place.

It was a nice place but needs more towels he two people but fun

Our three grandchildren enjoyed the time with us which we did as well. Only the towel situation and a hole in The porch and bolts in the back porch table which are dangerous we were on our toes so no one was hurt . We would rent it again it is farther away from our daughters house though 50 minutes away we enjoyed the lamas and the roosters had a good time overall you can't help the weather, we took care of many branches which were down didn't get all of them if we would have had more time and knew where everything was we would have fixed the back porch table. Just needs some bolts. Grandsons lost all their fish hocks on the hock eating bushes lol. We only were a le to get two tv channels it was probably the weather.

My family and I enjoyed spending time here. The property actually exceeded my expectations. The pictures don't give the serenity and comfortability this space offers. I would definitely rent again if in the area. The host response time was excellent.

Relaxing stay for family wedding

It was a perfect relaxing getaway had plenty of room outside for family to sit on the back deck and enjoy playing outdoor games with the teens they did not have time to be on the phone and enjoyed the quiet country surrounding. Definitely for a small family or a couple getaway. The indoor is very cute an homey.

Great Place to Relax

This a a nice farm house. It has been remodeled and is very comfortable. The homeowner is amazing and will answer all of your questions. You can enjoy the goats and the lamas.

Beautiful Farmlands of Tennessee.

From our last minute scheduling, to adding an extra night, Rhonda was superb, always available, and made everything a breeze from check in to check out. This place is absolutely gorgeous. If you want to get a feel for "The farm life" or just want to escape the daily hustle and bustle of the city life, this is a great place for all the above. Not to mention a great little catch and release fishing pond out back, where my kids and I experience numerous moments with mature, from the fish, to the bumblebee hummingbird we witnessed, and even caught a fresh water clam with a stick! Who does that? Thank you Rhonda for a wonderful place to get away.

Peaceful and comfortable

This cute home with rustic/farmhouse decor was a perfect place to enjoy some peaceful family time. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the back patio where the sunsets were a little piece of heaven! It was also fun to see the nearby animals. This is a great place to stay and the owner was wonderful!
