South air-conditioned detached house with private pool

Enjoy the south in this air-conditioned house with swimming pool and close to the attractive sites of the region: you will be between 20 and 45 minutes from Montpellier, St Guilhem le désert, Pic St Loup, Salagou lake, Pezenas, Sète and the beaches of Grande Motte and Palavas. The shops of the village are accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house.

At your disposal in the house: upstairs two air-conditioned bedrooms, cupboard and double bed. A shower room (walk-in shower), toilet and double sink. On the ground floor a laundry room (washing machine available), a toilet. A fully equipped kitchen (American fridge), open to the living room and the dining room. Outside, a spacious and covered terrace to take your meals (plancha available) facing the private swimming pool of 2x4m (water line at 1m) ideal for cooling off. Pets are forbidden
