The location of this property is just a short walk from Main Street and the Town Lift. We walked to dinner, to pick up our skis, and to the lift onto the mountain. The property is charming with updated kitchen and bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. The owners were a delight to work with and even sent us a list of good restaurants to try.
Excellent walking access to all of downtown Park City, on-site parking, nice beds, great kitchen, great bathrooms! Will book again for our Park City UT getaway!
We stayed five nights and wanted to be as close as we could to Main Street. As other have stated in their reviews, it is a busy street. However, we found cars were willing to wait for us to back out of the drive way. You can't hear the traffic as the bedrooms are in the back of the house. We made many of our meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The washer and dryer were great. We have been traveling for a month and it was nice to have a larger home for us to spread out a bit. It is a very easy walk to Main Street. The place is clean but not spotless. It is clean where it matter (bathrooms and kitchen). It could use a bit of a deep clean. As others have stated the couch is ending it's life. I really enjoyed my soaks in the extremely large tub. Finally, the front is as other have stated mostly weeds. Our pup wasn't a huge fan but it is nice to find a place that takes dogs without huge fees. We were glad we stayed.
We loved our stay. View from the front porch is fabulous! Bedrooms are great size. Bathrooms are lovely. Kitchen is very nice. Great location in Park City. Highly Recommend.
Nice location to downtown but on a busy street. Home was clean but could use some much needed maintenance. Multiple bulbs burned out, patio furniture unusable, downstairs bed not comfy, dishwasher gas bad odor, a/c filters need changed.
Rustic , charming property that has been beautifully renovated. Not without minor flaws, but the close proximity to everything on Main Street makes it the perfect getaway location.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
I imagine in the height of ski season, this is a spectacular property with amazing views of the slopes and 2 minutes to Main Street. Love the fireplace, how they've renovated the home- super cute. Good space for a family.
The owner was very nice and had great communication. The one tiny issue we had with hot water he had fixed within 15 minutes. The house’s location is excellent. We walked to Main Street everyday. It is on a very busy / loud road though. While the home was clean upon our arrival, the house does need to be way better maintained. The main couch is very stained and dirty looking unfortunately. It should have new fabric put on. We draped large blankets over the couch for the month we were there so we didn’t have to touch the fabric itself. The dishwasher doesn’t clean very well and leaves a white chalky residue (which might just be the hard water m). Also, tons of scratches and paint chipping on the walls making it look not very appealing in person. The wall unit in the master bedroom was also extremely noisy. We also weren’t that crazy about the layout of the home.
Again, we generally enjoyed our stay bc the location was amazing and the owner was very very nice, but for such a great house with so much potential, we would love for the owner to just keep it better maintained.
I have rented and stayed at a number of properties in Park City. This one wins. Exactly as described- no, even better than described. It’s fresh, bright, maybe the cleanest property I have ever rented, well appointed, great location, easy to work everything, etc. The beds were super comfy. Showers and hot water great. I almost didn’t want to write this review since it may lower my chances of snagging it again! Zero complaints or cons. Not even a nitpick.
This is the perfect home for skiing PCMR and enjoying the town of Park City. Loved not needing a car while here! The house is perfect and very comfortable.
Beautifully renovated amazing location. Loved having coffee at the dinner table watching the skiers on the mountain.
Amazing property. Will stay there again
This house is perfect for a small family or 2 couples (our stay).
It is in a super location for enjoying historic Park City, a 5 minute walk to Main Street. The house is fully equipped and at least as nice as it appears in the photos and very clean. This is a fine property for enjoying all that Park City offers, with the location, amenities and convenience that made our stay here delightful. We hope to return soon.
Great location and property! Owners were great and accommodating with requests and even solved a problem out of their control.
Steps from Main Street and steps from the public transit system that can get you anywhere you want to go. You will be very satisfied with this property.
Thanks Matt again for an incredible stay’
The house was clean. Very short walk to downtown. Everything very user-friendly.
Only concern is that there are no sidewalks in the winter with the snow. I would not want to have little children at this house where you walk in the street to get to where you’re going. But for adults with kids probably 10 years old or older any time of year or families with little children summertime use this is an excellent location
A lovely home in a perfect location to experience all that Park City has to offer. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen for enjoying home-cooked meals. A wonderful porch overlooking the city, with all the shops, restaurants, and bars of Main St. within a very short and easy stroll. Looking forward to a repeat visit in the future.
Really sweet house within steps of Main Street. A five minute walk to coffee and back was combined with a chilly morning but we warmed right up by the fireplace! We were grateful to enjoy the cozy beds and modern amenities.
