For shared use: large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (13 x 6 m). Children's playground. In the house: lounge, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 30 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, gondola lift 400 m, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school, children's ski school. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 400 m, Geigenbühel 400 m, Gschwandkopf 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Well....

...the apartment is ok, nevertheless the procedure to check in one day after arrival is painful. You have to wait while you have made hundreds of kilometers to ski...furthemore the bed are quite old

Die Fewo ist ruhig und gemütlich, viele Kochutensilien vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Schwimmbecken im Keller.

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Jedoch roch es aus der Toiletre sehr unangenehm.Ey wurde nach dem Reinigen (selber gemacht) nicht besser! Die Dusche hatte Ihre beste Zeit hinter sich! Die Küche ist viel zu klein! Die anderen Räume waren soweit in Ordnung! Positiv waren der Pool und die Sauna im Haus. Wenn Eigentümer Anwesend waren ließen Sie es einen spüren das Sie keine Touristen in diesen Räumen mögen! So hatten wir es empfund wurden auch angegangen die Kinder sollen Ruhig im Wasser spielen! :-(

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein, was angesichts von Schwimmbad und Sauna im Haus zu verschmerzen ist. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt, die Lage ist mit dem kurzen Weg zur Skibushaltestelle auch praktisch.

Sehr schönes Mietobjekt.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Hat vollends ausgereicht. Das besondere war das beheitzte Schwimmbad für die Kinder, aber vor allem für meine Ehefrau die an Arthrose leitet und das Schwimmbad für ihre Knochen gold wert war. Wir werden morgen früh versuchen das Objekt für 2020 wieder zu buchen. Der Hausmeister war sehr kompetent und immer bemüht Hilfe zu leisten. Die Ansprechperson, Frau Esposito war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Meine Ehefrau wäre froh gewesen wenn zum reinigen der Teppiche ein Staubsauger vorhanden gewesen wäre.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und für 4 Personen ausreichend. Die Dame die uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat und der Hausmeister waren sehr in Ordnung und hilfsbereit. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna waren für unsere Enkelkinder super. Für meien Ehefrau war vor allem das warme Wasser im Schwimmbad sehr angenehm da sie Athrose hat. Wir haben heute die gleiche Wohnung für 2020 wieder gebucht.

Het is een verzorgd appartement met een veel te kleine keuken de kamers zijn nauwelijks te verduisteren en de badkamer is aan renovatie toe. De ligging is mooi.

Koelkast bevat geen vriesvakje. kraan in de keuken gaat zeer zwaar open.Douche kop en slang lekken uit alle kanten. kraan op de wastafel loopt dag en nacht, niet af te sluiten. KEUKEN ZEER KLEIN EN BADKAMER OOK.geschatte grootte amper een vierkante meter.keuken inhoud wel compleet. maar niet schoon Koelkast niet schoon.Badkamer niet schoon. Kamer en slaapkamers wel. De drie balkons zijn ook klein.1,5 vierkante meter schat ik, geen tuinmeubels aanwezig..Beheerder van het gebouw geheel niet gezien en blijkt niet aanwezig. wifi allen in centrale hal en bij gebruik telkens opnieuw inloggen. Zwembad en sauna werden dagelijks goed zuiver gemaakt. Ligging van het appartement is aan de achterkant van het gebouw. zicht op parkeerplaats.Wel op loopafstand van het centrum.

Please do not forget that our local team are always available to help with any issues you may face, to help come to a solution quickly and efficiently. Nevertheless, we are happy to inform you that improvements have already been made. A new cleaning team has been hired to ensure the improvement of the quality of cleaning provided for every guest. The shower head has also been repaired and is now fully functional, as well as the previously leaking taps. We are once again sorry that our standards were dropped and we hope you will return to Interhome once again to give us another chance.
