We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and everything matched the listing. We were so close to everything in Estes Park and it was very quiet.

The location is excellent and not far from town. Lots of wild animals roaming thru and fun to see. The staff let us check in early which was awesome after a day of traveling. The pull out couch was broken and would not sleep 2, but worked for one little kid to sleep in the middle of the mattress without falling through. The hot water heater leaks gas during a shower and has a very strong smell, but does disappear after a while. Only one tiny fan is provided, not much way to move air on the hot days, but thankfully it didn't get too hot. But definitely bring your own fans if that's important to you. The cabin is very tiny, but comfortable. I would stay here again if they got the gas leak fixed and a new pull out couch,

Peaceful

This cabin is very comfortable, and the property is very peaceful. This was probably the most relaxing part of our vacation. There was a mom deer and two babies who hung out all day just behind the cabin, which made us feel part of nature as we sat outside and read books.

Nice cabin

Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was you can’t walk around the fold out couch when it’s out. So you can barely open the door and have to go over the bed to go to the bathroom. Location was close to town and it was quiet.

A very quaint little cabin which serves two individuals just fine. The Trundle bed, however, was very worn out and very uncomfortable for sleeping. The small kitchenette was well supplied and the overall space well cared-for. We would rent this property again.

Great little cabin in great location

A 3 minute drive to RMNP and 5 min drive to downtown Estes. But not walking distance which was fine as I was on the go. The culvert behind the cabin is not a stream but more of run off but posed no issues at all. Parking was right next to cabin. Kitchen had all essentials! It is now my go to rental at Estes! Great stay!

Outdated cabin. Bathroom towel hanger was broken and no hook to hang your towels. Stove heater was up too high and made the cabin hot. On-site work happening directly next door which prevented us from enjoying sitting outside the cabin.

We have maintenance staff on call 24 hours a day as well as multiple ways to contact us. We would have promptly addressed your issues once we were made aware. We reviewed our maintenance logs for completing work at units next door. It appears part of a day, during the day, on one of your days during your stay, we were scraping a unit nearby to prepare for painting. I wish we would have known that this was an issue for you and we could have reconsidered our tasks for the day. We value our guests and want them to enjoy all that is offered. I again apologize that you felt that you could not sit outside your cabin. Jamie

Quaint cabin

The School Marm House was a great quaint cabin for our mountain get away. We enjoyed its proximity to restaurants, groceries and liquor store. RMNP was close and we enjoyed a beautiful cross country ski trip there. Clean and energy efficient.
